From placing my order to receiving it was a great and efficient process. Enjoying my mattress so far and glad I have the 60 night sleep option for peace of mind. Would buy from this company again most definitely.

I waited in all day for my mattress and it didn't arrive on the promised delivery date. You get no tracking info/updates. They said it was lost and did dispatch a 2nd which arrived but there is no apology/gesture for the time I wasted waiting

Without doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought a silent night sophia mattress and within days it started to dip, it didn’t even last a week. Within 14 days I asked for a refund and was told “Filling settlement is normal “. I have provided the images they requested proving the state of the mattress. They then suggested sending someone out to have a look, at a cost to me of £72. So not only do they want to send strangers to my home during a pandemic, they want me to rearrange my day and pay for it. This has gone back and forth for 5 months. I have contacted the Ombudsman but they are not registered, which says a lot. I have since emailed requesting “Please can you supply me with the details of any trade association the sleep shop belongs to or if they belong to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme” and have been ignored. It is clear their tactic is to drag things out until the customer gives up. My advise would be to stay well away from The Sleep Shop and FGS furnishings.

Extremely pleased with the mattress. It is very comfortable and helps my bad back. It was also a very good price. It was well wrapped and the slight delay with delivery was sorted out by The Sleep
Shop who were very helpful throughout the whole process. Many thanks.

We purchased a bed frame and a set of 'matching drawers' from FGS Furnishing (search their Trustpilot reviews too - I wish I had)
The delivery was late (manufacturer was blamed) and then when the product arrived, the drawers are too short for the underneath of the bed, leaving an unsightly large gap, whereas on the website image they fit perfectly.
Contacted them for support - they once again blamed the manufacturer and state that there is nothing then can do. Currently contacting my card issuer to start a chargeback. AVOID.

We have ordered on 2 separate occasions in the last 3 months. Ordered both over the internet. Curtesy call was polite and helpful. In both cases mattresses were competitively priced (double and king Silentnight).
Both mattresses arrived within a week.
Delivery/ removal of old mattresses very Eric.

Needed a mattress quickly. I called the shop of the back of an eBay item listed and Tracey was most helpful. I ordered a my Sealy luxury mattress for half the RRP and the best price online I could find. The mattress was delivered the next day for free. Can't say they could of done anything any better

Ordered my mattress online last week and specified that it needed to arrive before 29th as I'm moving house. Got a phone call the same day to confirm and advise me when to expect it. Another call came last night and a further one 10 minutes before arrival this morning to keep me updated. Really happy with the customer service and delivery. The mattress is perfect and it was loads cheaper than anywhere else online too so all good :)

I am very happy with every aspect of contact with The Sleep Shop from point of ordering to delivery.

I spoke to someone initially about the offer to pricematch and they contacted me very quickly with a positive outcome.

Everyone I spoke to was informative and polite. I noticed an error to my address just before delivery and this was rectified immediately with no fuss.

The delivery drivers were courteous and arrived not long after the earliest point of my 4 hour delivery spot. They placed the mattress in my place of choice and gave me time to check the item.

I am very happy to give a 5 star review.

We have just purchased a mattress from East Rd, Sleaford, Sleep Shop.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and not pushy. Delivery was organised at a time to suit ourselves and also went smoothly. Have used the Sleep Shop in the past for other beds and would definitely use them again.

One month later. No mattress. No refund (as requested). Reply to Paypal escalations a day before they run out, just to drag out the case and waste more of your time. Avoid at all costs.

Would not recommend or use again.
Ordered a new bed 06 Sept told delivery 1 - 3 weeks. 3 weeks passed an no bed Contact them to be told bed was being despatched 30 September but wasn't Contacted them again and told it would be despatched 05 October - over 4 weeks after it was ordered. Still no bed! Contacted again to be told that they have the bed at their premises but it won't be despatched until 09 October and that it will take a further 3 -5 days to be delivered - which will be nearly 6 weeks after ordering it. In the meantime they've been paid in full and are sitting pretty with my money in their account so I guess they don't need to deliver on time.
Definitely would NOT recommend!
UPDATE Bed finally delivered exactly SIX weeks after ordered! Email said it would be delivered to a room of my choice, unpacked, packaging removed, bed simple assembled. Bed was put in room standing upright then left. I live alone, I'm a female over 60 and have a back problem and breathing problems so it took me over 2 hours to unpack and assemble the bed! I then had to dispose of all the packaging at the recycling centre in the town a few miles away. Not happy with the whole process!

Excellent service and good quality product delivered exactly as promised. As I needed a mattress urgently, the Sleep Shop agreed a next-day delivery which arrived as promised. The delivery man was extremely helpful and took the mattress into the downstairs bedroom as it was far too heavy for me to move. I would definitely use this company again.

Worst company to buy avoid sleep shop FGS furnishing as much as you can.Bought mattress due to open seal can’t return refund £300 gone in bin no use of mattress trying to sell and can’t sell.
Silentnight should not be given them authority to sell and ruin the name.Highly Avoid.

Bought an expensive Kingsize Sealy mattress 0n 06 August 2019 with a lead time of 1 to 3 weeks for delivery, it's now 14th September 2019 & they are saying they don't know how long it will take & have blamed Sealy saying it was a manufacturing problem. After speaking to Sealy who said there are no issues at their end, Sealy asked for the sellers name & advised there may be an issue with the retailer FGS FURNISHINGS LTD T/A BEDS247 & SLEEPSHOP & to contact them.
I paid several hundred pounds & I am getting fobbed off by the internet sales guy. I have been promised call backs that never happened & then a callback again to let me know what was happening (again no callback received). When i Phoned on 13th September 2019 around 4.30, I was fobbed off re manufacturing issues with Sealy, after speaking to Sealy who advised I contact the retailer as they do not have any production issues, I tried to call them back, but the sales guy would pick up the phone & constantly hang up, he only answered when i withheld my number.
Utterly disgraceful & downright dodgy as hell.
I really need to find out what is happening, as I would never guess they would want to operate a business in this manner, or are totally unaware how customers are being treated by the internet sales staff.
No reply yet as of 24th September 2019, have emailed the director & will see what happens.

UPDATE......
I eventually received my delivery on the 2nd November 2019, almost 4 months later, still haven't had a phone call or email reply to my complaint that i sent in, shows how bad this company is, zero customer services.
Deal with them at your peril if something goes wrong they just stick their head in the sand. Despicable

Good quality, great prices and will always purchase mattresses from this shop in the future. Had an awful experience from dreams and they are a rip off. I've had a raylon mattress from Sleepshop now for nearly a year and no longer have aching back and neck/shoulder.

I had an amazing experience with buying my bed at the sleep shop the lady was very helpful and friendly when purchasing my bed. When it was delivered the two gentleman that delivered it was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Also the bed is very comfy.

Visited the Sleep Shop to try out mattresses. The staff were very helpful and knowlegeable. The mattress was delivered to my home by two friendly and efficient gentlemen. Will recommend the SLEEP SHOP.

Ordered a King size mattress in-store at East Road, Sleaford. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Good communication about delivery. Will definitely use again.
