I got it and it was extremely painful and did not work as advertised. They claim that there is 31 night risk free guarantee but they way refuse to honour it.

DO NOT BUY IT

Why is it that you answer all the great reviews, but won’t give an answer to the risk free money back guarantee? Risk free is just that. Opened or not, are you not supposed to honour the guarantee?

Their trial policy is misleading. Says you have 31 day risk free trial but they won’t let you return it if it was used. I had bought 2 of them and they won’t let you return the other one because you can’t return anything that’s on sale either! Their products are always on sale so there’s never a time you can return the product. WHAT A SCAM! Don’t buy from them!

Really uncomfortable to use and easily goes out of shape. I could never get the fitting "tight" despite following the instructions to the letter.
I was excited about this product bringing relief to both my partner and I but alas I'll keep searching.

Their delivery vendor Gofo delivered my order to the wrong address and they would not make things right. They even provided me with photos of the delivery showing the wrong address and the wrong door and they still denied it was delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted SleepMD they said After consulting with Gofo they were satisfied that it WAS delivered to the right address. Amazed that they have no regard for the facts or photographic evidence that they them selves are providing. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

It’s a scam company. There is no money back guarantee. They told me if you’ve opened a the box you can’t return it. The appliance I ordered is not what i got. It’s a cheap plastic thing from China.

On their website, they say 31 day risk free trial or they will ensure your satisfaction. But they won't let you return something you used. So risk free trial is blatantly misleading and lying to the consumer. Shame on you

Requested a refund immediately after ordering as I saw the other reviews on another website. Took 2 days to answer and told me it's already been sent out that day. Recieved the item... followed the instructions thinking I probably just got scammed and am willing to try the product to see for myself. Warmed it in the water for the recommended time and when I pulled it out the bite rubber had pulled away from the bite block. Since I followed the Instructions, I was not surprised but was realising this was fulfilling the expectations I had from other reviews. Not only is it big and bulky, it's uncomfortable and wouldn't have been comfortable. It feels like a regular sport mouth guard but shifts forward and locks in place. I layed down with it in to relax and see how it would assist my relaxed laying on my back breathing and I could still feel it not open the airway as well as I would have liked. I'm not a chronic snorer but I think surgery would help alot more. Do I regret not sending it back for a refund Immediately....? No, because it looks like they wouldn't have refunded it anyways from other reviews. Save your money. Disappointed but not surprised.

They will not let you return the product even if it is still unused in the box. They say there is a 31 day trial where you can return it if you don't like it. But won't accept returns if you use it nor if you buy it when it's "on sale" (it's always on sale)

Haven’t gotten it yet to try. But definitely already mad that I paid so much for it and it’s being shipped directly from CHINA…. I wouldn’t already had a negative reaction about it if it was made in USA of at least somewhere else for that price. Way to rob people on a 20 dollar mouth piece…….

The device didn’t work for my situation, but the customer service was great!

I have used other devices and this is my second SleepMD mouthpiece. With both purchases, Dr. Hamburg was kind enough to meet with me personally on Zoom and help me mold the device. I have recorded myself nightly with the SnoreLab app and I am quieter and feel better rested. My wife confirms that the device works. I am a family physician and have recommended the device to some patients with loud snoring. While this is not a treatment for severe sleep apnea, some patients who have had their CPAP machines recalled and have been going without treatment have found some partial relief until their CPAP could be replaced. Highly recommend. Great customer service.

I’ve tried many devices all have failed my jaw. My mouth would open apart, and my jaw would fall back and I would snore Sleep MD device keeps my jaws intact with the wings, preventing my jaw to move backwards. It’s the best idea that I’ve tried it’s a real good working device I truly recommend it.

I've been using Dr Hamburg's device for many years. In my opinion, it's extremely helpful in getting a good night sleep. My wife also uses it and feels the same way. While they may be a little more involved to set up than similar devices, they are much more effective, comfortable, and have a secure fit. The upper and lower parts are separate which allows my jaw to move which makes it more comfortable for me.
Remember you can make adjustments after the initial setup to get the most comfortable fit. I keep any leftover molding material as it can be used for future adjustments or repairs.

I've used the SleepMD mouthpiece for years. Before I found SleepMD I tried at least 5 other products that didn't work at all. SleepMD works!!! I'm writing this review because I recently bought a new one since I broke my old one. I had trouble molding the new one I reached out to Customer Support and Dr Hamburg Called me personally and walked me through my issue. He even offered to do a Zoom call if I couldn't figure it out. He was amazing, and made me feel much better and not like an idiot like I was feeling. So his product works better than anything on the market, and his customer support was the best. Thank you for making me have the best customer experience ever. I'm a customer for life!

The mouthpiece arrived quickly and the doctor was flexible about the Zoom call for the fitting. My choice was to pay more than $3,000 for a mouthpiece made by a dentist that's not covered by insurance, or pay $129 for something that works the same way and does the same thing. Sure it's a little bulkier, but the main thing is I get better sleep. It works.

I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea, with O2 levels falling to 83% for 40 minutes over the course of a night. After using the SleepMD device, a second tests showed minimum O2 at 88% for only 0.3 minute during sleep, averaging 94%. The clinic pronounced that as acceptable, with no further treatment (CPAP) required. I should add that this device costs 95% less than what a lot of dentists want for a similar device.
Unfortunately, the upper plate broke after two months. Dr. Hamburg stepped up and provided a repair kit as well as a Zoom session to see that I made the repair properly. I am thoroughly impressed with SleepMD and Dr. Hamburg.

First, this product did not work for me. I have tried a few different products that work amazingly well. I do NOT recommend this item; try another less expensive alternative. Second, when you see the item, it will be very odd looking. Unfortunately, this product is primitive; metal pieces stick out on the sides and are uncomfortable.

A clear, easy-to-use tutorial video is available to ensure accurate molding occurs, however, NO amount of adjustment can fix the protruding metal things. These wide metal pieces on the top are needed for the plastic triangles on the bottom piece to slide up and down properly on the upper. Although the lower piece with its triangles is adjusted to keep the points from stabbing the cheek, the two parts can clack together during sleep. Your partner can be more irritated by the clacking than snoring.

The small is quite wide in the cheeks, and I found it to really bother me the entire two weeks I attempted to wear this appliance. Unfortunately, the company only supports using the odd-shaped appliance in certain instances; using the very detailed self-help video provided is not an approved method. I hope this review is useful to future customers.
