terrible item hard as nails doesnt fit mouth ..useless company Chinese scam.. Doesnt give trial or refund .. i fell for it too... just trying to get a refund through my direct debit.

Do not buy!!! This is a fraudulent, slimy, shady scam. The 30 day guarantee is only to send it back without opening it. There's no trial period. Their website says Joe Rogan as if he endorsed it, but it goes away when you click it. If you've already bought it, sorry, we've been scammed.

Bought the mouth piece and not only did it not work but rubbed a sore on the inside of my cheek after one night. Contacted company and “Guard risk-free for 30 nights. If you're not satisfied with the results, simply inform us, and we'll make it right!” does not seem to mean what you think it does. They say that because you used it they will not give you a refund. Finally offered me 20%. I told them to keep it. Scam from beginning to end.

Complete scam company. Do you see them defending themselves? No because they can’t. The website states risk free 30 night trial. When my partner tried to return they first said no because it was on sale and then no because it has to be unused due to sanitary reasons. A trial by definition is a test of performance so it would be common sense that you have to use the product and it is a MOUTHGUARD. Absolutely nowhere does it state “30 night trial as a paperweight for your bedside table and only if you don’t buy it on sale.” This is disgustingly immoral business practice selling cheap product from China.

Sleep MD is a complete fraud company, the devices are not adjustable for all mouths to fit and their 30 night free trial is a complete lie. The device did not fit my mouth properly even after following the website instructions and the company completely ghosted me for a refund. Do Not Buy

This company is completely based out of China. I have an unopened, unused product. They gave me the run-around with four or five back and forth emails. Finally, they agreed to a refund, but I am forced to ship the product back to China (no return shipping label provided). The return will be more expensive than the item was originally. ALSO, look closely at the reviews, they are clearly GenAI generated. Stay away from this company. Spend good money and have one professionally made through a dentist or specialist.

This company preys on giving you a sale so they do not honor your refund request. Do not purchase here unless you are satisfied with a future purchase otherwise you will be giving them your money. I requested instructions to return a product multiple times since the shipping took too long. I did not open product and was told due to it being on sale I could not receive a discount. This tactic is unreal which they push giving you multiple products to lower the rate which is a trap. Now I will wait to participate in a lawsuit because it will happen soon.

The company is FRAUDULENT!!! I sent multiple emails letting the company know it says my package was delivered to an individual December 18th, I went to my leasing office and checked my mailbox and nothing was there and no one received anything, and I didn’t receive it. I let them know I placed the order December 7th and provided tracking details and told them it said delivered.

They emailed me back saying they investigated and I basically had to take it up with my local post office because it said delivered. HOW, when my local post office wasn’t the one delivering it!! It is the companies responsibility to make sure they hire QUALITY delivery drivers and to make sure they double check where they are delivering too, because I did not receive the product! I needed that product to help with my sleep apnea until my devices from my doctor were ready for pickup.

You are a terrible company, and I will be leaving a bad review EVERYWHERE!! All you had to do was refund me my $43!

Device does not fit and company would not take a return because it was opened. The do not honor the 30 day risk free trial. I pushed them hard and was able to get a 50% after about 20 emails. Crooks.

Doesn’t fit my mouth as it’s a perfect u shape the hard plastic dug into my gums I raised this issue with them and they didn’t offer any refund just said to keep trying it

I could not use the device. When I went to ask for the 30 day no risk and return the product it took multiple emails before they agreed to allow me to return the product. Now I have to return the product to China, not the California address product was shipped from.

SleepMD will not provide me a refund even though the package is unopened. They are saying that no refund can be given for sale items but when I bought it, the sales price has been "ON SALE" since March. It's right on the Facebook site. So, in order to not have to refund, they just 'Keep it on Sale' forever. TOTAL SCAM!!! Btw, this product comes in from Asia.
UPDATE: SleepMD finally offered me a 50% refund since they would not provide a prepaid shipping label and I would not pay over $250 Canadian to return the item back to China. I've also reported SleepMD to Facebook as a scam as I noticed they used the exact same celebrity video that SnoreMD (a credible company) uses, they just interject they product name. I also notified SnoreMD of this.

I purchased this Anti Snoring device that does not work. The sizing is not highly adjustable and is therefore ineffective.
Sleep MD would not refund me according to their 30 day money back guaranty as the package was opened.

I Purchased the Anti Snoring device! The website states a 31 day risk free trial. The device made my snoring worse, my wife recorded me sleeping and it sounded like a C-17 was landing. I Tried to get a refund and I got this snide remark from them: "Sleep MD

This is a scam. No product support available. Don't waste your money!!

Product received yesterday after almost 3 weeks and it came completely broken, box broken, ripped, package destroyed and was delivered broken. I couldn’t believe it. I was in shock and when you email with photos they say they need to investigate instead of offering a refund you can clearly see how product was received. I’m so upset.

Do not purchase this product. It does not form properly, the material is very hard and extremely uncomfortable. I could not even stand it for 2 minutes. Do not believe their website. They do not issue refunds for this terrible product.

On their website they forgot to say this about their product which is stated on the box, but you can only see it when it arrives.

This is a scam company. They are not celebrity endorsed. I tried this product for over a week and it absolutely did nothing except cause pain and drooling. The product ships from China and it took nearly a month to receive. When asking for a refund (their 30-night free trial) they said they would only refund unused products. How is this a free trial? Avoid at all costs.
