The bed was not delivered on the day it…

The bed was not delivered on the day it was suppose to be then was given a different date 2 weeks later, and now they state is will be 3 more days and the salesman seems unsympathetic. I will never do business with this company and will be getting my money back immediately .

Very Happy with Service

Two days ago, my husband and I purchased a king sized mattress, box spring, and frame at the Rehoboth store. Since we haven't received the merchandise yet, we cannot comment on the product. I would, however, like to comment on the sales person, Tywan. We actually hadn't expected to purchase that day, but without "high pressure" sales babble, Tywan showed us exactly what we were looking for and we decided to close the deal. Thank you, Tywan!

This place is horrible!!

This place is horrible!!! I went in to buy a mistress and was pushed into buying a more expensive floor model. I left a deposit and came back the next day and paid the remainder in full. The next morning, I got a call from the "manager " telling me that the floor model that I saw and paid for was not the mattress I was getting, but rather a mattress that I didn't see OR agree to! I went to get a refund and was told by the manager that a refund took 3 weeks. I was very upset. After alot if back and forth the theatrics by the even more scammy( than the already Swammy salesman)manager, I took the actress. I am quite sure this was a scam from the start. You can buy a mattress any where, so go ELSEWHERE!!!

I usually don't give reviews

I usually don't give reviews, good or bad, but I really wanted to take the time today to do so. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to make a mattress purchase and I give all the credit and thanks to the store manager, Paul Moore in Tyson's Corner. Going in I really didn't know what I wanted, but I was clear on what I didn't want. I shared this with Mr. Moore and after just 2 tries I had found the mattress that fitted my needs. Now the pillows! He highly recommended a lower pillow but I was for sure the higher pillow would be better. I wish I had listened because I believe he was on point there too. Lesson learned. Let the professionals do what they do best and stay in your lane...lol. Thank you Mr. Moore for such a rewarding experience.

Mechanicsburg - Good experiences

We had very positive experiences at the 6427 Carlisle Pike store. The latest was looking for a mattress, headboard and adjustable frame for a spare bedroom. Our sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. They delivered and installed everything (required 2 trips). All were professional and did a good job. Mattress seems ok so far... :)

If I could give less than one star I would!

If I could give less than one star, I would. Before you buy a bed from here search go to Google and search "Mattress Warehouse reviews". Click several of the links and read what others have to say about this place. First let me say the in store sales person that we dealt with, Erin, was super! From there it went downhill. They could not accommodate a 4 1/2 hour deliver window. I work in the morning and I'm home by 9am. I have to leave at 1:30pm to go back to work and they knew this up front. Twice they attempted to deliver during a time when I was not home. Regional manager, Al, got involved and is nothing short of, what people used to call, a typical used car salesman. He called me on the phone to straighten things out, promised to call the next day and never did. The lady that I spoke to from delivery services in Maryland could not have cared less whether we got our bed or not. She was very rude and inconsiderate and told me to call the store when they opened at 10am. We canceled the order and went elsewhere and bought a new bed.

Worst shopping experience ever

The mattress-buying experience at the Montgomery Mall store was truly awful. The salesperson lied about the delivery process and the return policy. Don’t go to this store.

If you value your money and your health…

If you value your money and your health and well-being, you will not buy a mattress from Mattress Warehouse. From day 1, my mattress has been defective. The person who delivered my mattress almost fell moving the mattress off the truck, and to avoid falling, threw my mattress to the ground. The coils in my mattress sound horrible any time you try to get on the mattress. I tried calling to return it after the first couple days because of the alleged "warranty", however I was told by the salesman I had to pay another $100 to replace a defective mattress. So I'm already out $500, but I'm going to be out another $100 to replace a mattress that is defective?! I didn't want to pay money to replace something that should have come correctly the first time, let alone risk having another terrible mattress but being out ANOTHER $100. Fast forward 6 months and there is a crater the size of Texas in the center of the mattress causing back problems and disabling me from sleeping. I wake up multiple times a night because my back is aching from the hole in the center of the mattress. It hasn't even been a year yet and I'm already going to have to replace this mattress. Guess who I will NOT be buying from ever again! Save your money and your sleep and buy elsewhere!

Much to my regret

Much to my regret, my experience that I received from this company ’’Mattress depot’’ is very negative. Both sellers and the administration try to deceive, confuse and only benefit for themselves and not serve people.
I am confident that everyone knows how important healthy, strong, and comfortable sleep is for everyone. After a good rest, you can productively live and work or study all day.
I chose a mattress on which I can sleep. We paid and sellers and were told that it will be delivered to our home. But they brought a completely different mattress, not the one that we chose in the store in Issaquah. Perhaps the mattress that I chose and paid for went to another house in another family, and I was brought their mattress already used, second hand for maybe a few months or a year, and half the cost we paid.
And it is quite possible that a sick person who slept before on this mattress had some disease (psoriasis, scabies, cancer or tuberculosis) and the mattress absorbed the energy of the disease. Instead of resting on this mattress, I felt nervous, irritated, and completely broken. We possibly do not immediately understand why, but the reason is that your body takes the information that the mattress absorbed. The company is becoming a pathway of disease.
Dishonesty of employees turns into misfortune of buyers and it is possible that buyers will also start to get sick. A dream and happiness will go to others and feel like someone tricked you.
If you still fell into the trap of this company, I recommend not to move away from the mattress you chose, be present at loading and sit next to the driver who will take the goods you bought to your home. Perhaps then your dream will become a reality.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Promised a delivery date and time (Twice). That date and time has passed and not only did they not deliver my mattress, they sold it to someone else and now its on back order. They call that MBO. I call it BS and Buyer Beware!!

Well I am on 2nd mattress from here in…

Well I am on 2nd mattress from here in the last 2 years. I
am patiently waiting on another warranty review. First I purchased a lower end luxury Cheswick Manor mattress for roughly $600. Within the year it had about a 2 inch gap in the center, and me and my girlfriend couldn't sleep. After going through the warranty process, having an employee from the mattress company come out and inspect the mattress, I was approved for store credit towards another mattress. I used the $600 towards an $1100 dollar I-Serta Applause 2 mattress, hoping to resolve the issue and have a good long term mattress. Within a year, I have another 1 inch indentation in the center. When me and my girlfriend sleep, we both end up in the center and cannot sleep. When I spoke with representatives, they seemed genuine, however are not willing to accommodate me for these 2 inconveniences, and I will merely get store credit. I do not want store credit, I do not want another mattress from this place, I would highly recommend you look up mattress reviews for any of the mattress brands they carry (which are all less than favorable) and go elsewhere.

Paid for delivery and removal of old …

Paid for delivery and removal of old box spring and mattress. Delivery team found a bug on bed spring and refused removal and setup. Called local store they said too bad its not their issue. Delivery team was not rude, but not very helpful. Local store could care less as they already made the sale. Phil should have explained this ahead of time, as I now had to remove all pieces to my yard from 2nd floor as delivery team "couldn't touch". STAY AWAY from this company!!

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Waited all day and no delivery. No phone calls to let us know when. Contacted store numerous times and told it was on way. It is now 7 o clock at night and still no delivery or time as to when it will show up. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A MATTRESS FROM THEM EVER. Customer Service rep says we need to call to file compliant as no one will contact us.

Waste of time

Waste of time. Still waiting for my bed and it's almost been a month and there's no way of contacting anyone. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I don't even want the bed anymore. I hate this store.

NO RETURN POLICY

We were sold on a Sealy Posteurpedic mattress, box spring, and basic frame. The problem is that the mattress is too hard and neither one of us has been able to sleep on it. I called the store the day after it arrived to tell them that this was the wrong mattress. We were told that we had to keep it for 30 days before they would consider a return. We purchased a 3" bed topper and removed the frame. Not one nights sleep in two weeks. I've called the store a number of times and they will not take this mattress back. Don't shop here. That was our biggest mistake. The NO return policy makes it a huge risk at a very high cost and they don't stand behind their merchandise.
