I filled out a survey for Costco for a FREE gift and I picked out Bamboo sheets from SLEEPGRAM. After a month, I was charged $10.77 for shipping and $161.65 for the sheets. I called customer service and they said in the fine print they were only free for 30 days and then I had to pay for them. What happened to the free gift? She said it was in the fine print. Shame on COSTCO and SLEEPGRAM. I never do surveys, but I know Costco is a reputable business. I never thought in my wildest dreams this would be a SCAM. Too bad!!

Would love to leave a review but have not received the product yet!!! One would think you would check to see if customer has gotten the product before asking for a review. I ordered it 10 days ago...looks like it's supposed to arrive tomorrow
If there's a next time, I will order from Amazon where I am promised quicker delivery!
When someone is in the market for new pillows it should not take this long to arrive....

Love the pillows! They are the best! Your shipping time was pretty slow but I’m sure there was a reason.

I am not happy with the ordering experience. I ordered 6 pillows and the optional purchases offered after were misleading. I accepted option for comforter and it said only pay shipping. What I missed (assuming) was that it was a free trial and I would be billed later. I received a charge for $254 a month later. My order confirmation and payment in full I thought I made said nothing about the future payment amount. I would not have purchased this or even trial if I knew the cost. I gave out as gift with pillows and cannot return. Turned out to be a very expensive gift. Warning to read thoroughly before ordering.

I have tried every pillow under the sun. I've had two neck fusion surgery's and multiple others.

The sleepgram pillow is hands down the most comfortable pillow and completely adjustable.

Their all season blanket is also nice light weight and luxurious. Easily cleans too in the wash and stays nice.

Love the cotton silver infused duvet cover as well

I have turned my family and friends on to sleepgram via birthday presents and house warming gifts. They all love it as much as I do.

It’s not the same pillow that we bought a couple of years ago. Much smaller and too fluffy. Not sure what was changed but not happy with it. It’s a lot smaller than previous purchase. It used to fit really tight in the pillowcase and the new one slips right in. I have neck issues and I just loved the first pillow o purchased.
Very disappointed ☹️

I bought SleepGram pillows 2 years ago. They are still great. They are easy to care for and keep fresh. I just ordered 2 more for my guest room.

These are the best sheets! As someone who is a hot sleeper, these sheets keep you cool and they are so soft and comfortable. I have purchased several sheet sets now. Their customer service is very helpful and efficient also!

This is the third time I purchased these pillows and I love them. I decided to order 5 for my family as a late gift . Can’t wait till they try them.

I have ordered two sets of King Size Bamboo Sheets, previously. After having them for about two months, I noticed the seam on one of the pillow cases was coming open/unsown. I called to inquire about getting a replacement and was told that I didn't pay extra for a warranty, so there would be no support given in regards to replacing them.

I was also calling to place an order for two more sets of the same sheets, asking to receive the same price for them that I was given the first time. I was denied that pricing again.

I am also disappointed that we can't purchase additional matching pillow cases, separately from the two that come in the set of sheets. I don't udnerstand why you can't offer pillow cases separately, of the same like material.

WE love our Sleepgram pillows. just bought another 8 for Christmas gifts.

I was recommended this pillow by a therapist after I had been having neck, shoulder, & shoulder blade issues due to my career (hairstylist) & I'm a side sleeper. She said it was a little pricey but price didn't matter if it was going to help! I had my first sleepgram pillow for 2yrs before I had to just purchase my second. I will continue to get the sleepgram pillow & recommend it to everyone that tells me about their uncomfortable pillows or sore neck from sleeping! Thank you so much!!

Let me start by saying just buy now...don't wait...seriously I did so much research to find the best pillow for my daughter I sent her and my grandson each one...they were so happy said they never slept better...so I bought myself and significant other each one OMG THEY ARE THE BEST....so then I gave my elderly in-laws each one and they are ecstatic with them....so I just purchased the comforter haven't received it yet...but I can only imagine...I'll give a review on that once it comes...don't hesitate to buy theses pillows are worth every penny

I love my 100 percent cotton sheets and pillowcases. I sleep much cooler and comfortable than other sheets. I have bought 3 sets and enjoy them. Thanks Sleepgram

I ordered again because the first time and 2nd time were great. This time not so much. I am still waiting for my order. When I called to see what was going on. The person I spoke with was not very helpful. He told me he couldn't tell me what was happening with my order and when I asked if he could adjust the price, to the sale price, he said no. I would have to wait until it arrived and send it back.

Great pillows. Easy to place order and good tracking information.
