The old product Deep Sleep is great. But they have changed it to Nightly Reset which is a completely different product! It does not work on me but they just started sending it to me on my subscription plan. This company has ZERO customer service. They do not respond to emails or their website contact form, there is no phone number. They say there is an option to cancel subscriptions on their site but when you click on it, there is NO CANCEL option. I feel like I and my credit card information are being held hostage. I refuse to work with any company like this and will have my bank block them from using my credit card.

It's unbelievable that their product has changed and they assume you want it. I did not order Nightly Reset but it's being forced on me. Even on Amazon, the page is titled Deep Sleep but the product photo is Nightly Reset. Deep Sleep is no longer available and I don't have a way to cancel. Neurolyfe had an opportunity to deliver a product but they are screwing this up.

Sound sleep in under a half an hour

At 56, I've had a life long issues with my sleep. While these don’t knock me out, they certainly help me get there and if I wake up in the middle of the night I can easily fall back asleep. I love that there’s no melatonin.

These gummies helped me fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night .

Ordered these a month or so ago and liked them. They looked like little raspberries and tasted great. They seemed to help with sleeping more in the night. Just received my new bottle. Not at ALL like the first bottle. Pieces are cut into jagged little cubes. The tastes is extremely harsh and bitter. Def not eating them or ordering these again.

These gummies are disgusting. After waiting an extra week to get these melted together gummies there nasty. I will NEVER BUY THESE EVER AGAIN. THREW THE FULL BOTTLE AWAY

The product does not work as advertised. I am trying to cancel my subscription(didn’t know an order gave you a monthly subscription). Sends me a code to my email to sign in. Signing in, I still can’t cancel. Frustrating. This should not take an hour of my life away!

Early part of March 2026, I noticed my sleep had gotten worse. Wife saw these on Facebook and suggested I try them. I have a decent bedtime routine, go to bed by 10pm, read a chapter of a book then I lay down by 10:30pm. Even with my wind down process, I was still not getting restful sleep. I started taking NeuroLyfe on 03/26/26 and started to immediately feel tired, more so than usual. I guess NeuroLyfe was kicking in quicker than expected at bedtime. I was still tracking my sleep (through Garmin) over the past couple of days, not seeing much of a change in my sleep quality. Then the past few nights starting 03/30/26, noticed my sleep quality increasing and the first time since I started tracking my sleep quality in over a year got up to an 84 out of 100 sleep score last night on 04/01/26.

Product tastes horrible and has done absolutely nothing for my sleep.

Absolute trash. Look different than advertised. Taste HORRIBLE. Slimy. Slept the worst in a long time and that says a lot.

I would give them zero, but I placed a order, waited then sent 5 emails over the week, asking for a update on my order tracking number something. Not a Word back, so I called my back turned it over to them and I was reimbursed today. Stay away from them no phone number, their nothing but thieves.

I received the Neurolyte Deep Sleep Gummies. I only tried them once, but slept horribly and had bad dreams. I didn't want to try them again. The company says they will accept returns if the package isn't opened, but of course I had to open it to try them. I wrote to them 3 times asking If I could return the gummies because I didn't want to risk another bad night and they never responded.

Company claims product is made in the USA but delivery company is GOFO which is from China.

Zero communication from customer service and manufactured out of the USA, in China. I’ve been duped.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They state they have 14 day guarantee on their products. I rec'd the deep sleep gummies and read the ingredients and realized they were incompatible with me. I've emailed them 5 times in 4 days and nary a response. There is no phone # to call either. The package is unopened and unused. In short, do not trust them!

I decided to try the Neurolyfe sleep gummies after having trouble with sleeping for a little over a year. Didn’t want to do melatonin so I found this as an alternative. Very happy I did. Not only was it easier to fall asleep, but my quality of sleep improved a lot. I wasn’t waking up tired and sluggish. Plus, they’re tasty! Highly recommend for anyone trying to find an alternative for other sleep aids.

I’ve been struggling with going to sleep recently and these have been the only supplement that has helped immensely.

I can’t take melatonin and am always looking for a product that works. I finally found one. I was pleasantly surprised when I started sleeping through the night. This will be a staple in my house!
