I got the Pillows, and thought wow. They come shrink wrapped. I followed all the Instructions & they're a game changer. I had Tempurpedic Pillows, until last night. I slept all night, woke up feeling rested, no neck stiffness or pain. These are the best pillows I've ever had. Take a chance try them.

This is the best pillow we have found which eliminates neck pain & shoulder cramps, is comfortable, “cushy” and sturdy. Easy to wash and keep clean.

I have enjoyed my weighted blanket & bought 3 more as Christmas Gifts!!!

I have loved my previous pillow purchases. I purchased these as a gift for a friend. He raved about how wonderfully he slept on them. Thank you for your prompt service.

They have screwed up my order multiple times. This is one order that they screwed up twice already. I’m about fed up with Sleep gram because They can’t seem to get things correct. This is not the first issue I’ve had with them, but two times on one order is a little ridiculous.

They recently replaced my pillows by honoring the lifetime warranty after I purchased it 4 years ago.

I placed an order on December 8. I also sent an email to your company on December 8 and have not had a reply yet. Although I’m getting several emails from your company a day I still haven’t received my order from December 8. Please advise.

Still waiting for pillows

I placed my order on December 2nd and am still waiting. I would not have ordered if I had known it would take this long. Your site says orders ship in two days; mine did not ship for seven days. It is now December 13th, and I still have not received it.

We have purchased your pillows & now your bamboo sheets. Wow what a difference! When I got the pillow I immediately started sleeping better! I have neck issues so it’s been so hard to get comfortable but now with my sleep gram pillow no worries & much better sleep. Now the bamboo sheets have taken our sleeping experience to another level! So comfortable & much cooler now! I don’t toss & turn as much! Thank you so much! Sleep starts everything!

Not sure what happened but apparently the package my product was shipped in was destroyed as everything was in a different box with the shipping label cut out of original box and taped to new box. This box was even very loosely taped. Received all I ordered but the packages of the pillows were punctured and appears the pillows may be OK. Why did I pay so much for such horrible shipping method?? Doesn’t make me want to purchase again.

My last order hasn't been delivered, and it's been one month! I spoke with a representative, and he said that I would receive an email with the status of my order. It never happened. It was supposed to be for my daughter's birthday. Very disappointed with Sleepgram!
When am I going to get the pillows? I hope I'll get some compensation for the delay.

Sleepgram pillows and pillow cases are the best. The fact that the pillow can be made later or smaller depending on individual taste makes all the difference. And the pillowcases are cool and slick and a delight to sleep on.

I ordered 2 pillows and 2 pillow cases. They took my money right away but it took nearly 2 weeks before my pillows were received. I'm sure it only happened b/c I sent them an email to check on the status the week prior. I've never received the pillow cases and am currently fighting them over it. Every time I email them or use their support site I get the same response... the order was received. They don't even bother reading the part about a missing item. Will definitely file for Fraud and warn as many people as possible to stay away from this shady company. Also, the pillows are super poofy, even with both inner bags in place... the pillow isn't firm at all, just poofs up like a giant marshmallow. Horrible. They also don't run cool as advertised, which was the main reason I wanted them. This is definitely the worst shopping experience I've gone through. So be warned... This company is shady, stay away. You've been warned.

We really like the sheets we purchased. They are comfortable and seem like the quality of the fabric will hold up. We ordered 2 twin xl sets they only come with 1 pillowcase each. Wish they would come with 2 and you can't order 2 more separate as they are not available for sale.

Love the pillows, I use all of them. The material is so soft. I am rough on my pillows, I mush them up, tuck them under my arms and pile them up under my head.
They seem to take the abuse so far

I am a repeat customer. I originally purchased the 2 adjustable king size pillows. We LOVED them!!!! So, we decided to purchase everything!!! We bought 4 new adjustable pillows, cotton silver infused sheets, comforter, and duvet cover. My review isn't not complete because all of my items have not been delivered. After patiently waiting more than a week for shipping information I reached out to customer service. Customer service then informed me that my comforter was on back order. I am still waiting for shipping information. It's been over 2 weeks since I placed the order.

The pillows were no different than other pillows. I called to return them. They said they'd send me a label in 48 hrs. That was a week ago and still nothing. When you link onto their "SUPPORT" area it takes you to a blank page.

I had a great experience with Sleepgram. I mistakenly ordered 2 pillows but somehow clicked 2. I had 2 too many. They were great and I had no problem returning my miss order. They dealt with the problem quickly and effectively. On top of all this the pillow is great!! It’s helping me avoid stiff necks and just a better sleep. Thanks Sleepgram.
