Sleep Earthed… Sleep Happy!
I have been sleeping on a Sleep Earthed Full Sheet for 2 months now.
I have chronic fatigue syndrome and one of my symptoms is poor sleep and clenching of muscles whilst sleeping. The result is that I ache everywhere. It particularly affects my hip as I’ve had a hip resurfacing operation. This causes me to limp where I’ve contacted the tendons while clenching during sleep.
It has now been a couple of months since I’ve been sleeping on the earthed sheet and the last couple of weeks I have noticed that I am not limping. My sleeping pattern whilst still not perfect, has definitely improved. I used a sleep chart to record and track this and the improvement was noticeable. I’m definitely feeling better as a result of this.
I am positive that this is due to sleeping on the earthed sheet as I’ve had this problem for years and it’s the only thing that has changed.
So thank you for making my life better and helping me to feel more relaxed during sleep.
It is lovely to sleep on and really easy to wash and dry. Also, I must mention how helpful the team at Sleep Earthed have been. Nothing has been too much trouble and their customer service has been fantastic, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Also a nice surprise to find a small bar of organic chocolate included in the packaging. A small touch but just shows how the guys at Sleep Earthed care about thewir customers and go the extra mile.
