Cannot thank Rowland Earthing enough- great service & even greater product. It worked for me from first morning waking up from 1st night’s sleep using it .
Feel more refreshed - I’m as good after 6 hours sleep as I was on 8 hours or more previously.
My sleep is like ‘white noise’ no messy dreams - just a clear head.
It’s easier & quicker to get back to sleep after going to the bathroom once or twice .
I take my earthing sheet with me wherever I travel now. It’s quite slim & fits back into the bag it came in - weighs very little.
I don’t sweat much at night & ordinarily sleep on 2 cotton sheets over my mattress. My earthing sheet goes on top of mattress & under the 2 sheets & works perfectly well. Thus not needing to wash it too often. ( I shake my two top sheets out of window every day to refresh them as my grandmother used to do)
I’m going to buy more to have them for traveling & staying at my children’s homes. In short - I feel much younger than my age & just let my earthing sheet add to all the benefits I enjoy in life! In fact it’s pretty much top of list in importance now for me.

I’ve only recently got the Trustpilot app so the first company I checked out was this one, simply because I bought this earthing sheet and despite keeping it on for literally months I realised it wasn’t doing anything for me. I bought it as I really needed to be grounded, suffering with Adrenal Exhaustion for over a decade, meaning I’m in constant ‘fight or flight’ and have trouble switching off for sleep. I kept checking the plug and all relevant aspects but it never made any difference. I then read that such sheets needed real silver threads thru them, which this one doesn’t have, tho don’t know how true that claim is.
I had it under my organic cotton fitted sheet, which presumably cldn’t have been why it didn’t work.
Basically very disappointed as so needed it to work, but after a year of nothing, I had no choice but to take it off 😭

I have had my grounding sheets for 2 years now and I have to say I wouldn't be without them (I bought 2 so I can wash one and have one on the bed). I put mine width wise starting just below my pillow as I sleep in a ball, it's also under a bamboo sheet in warm weather or brushed cotton in colder weather. My sleep definitely improved when I started using it and has continued to do so, so whether it's placebo or real I don't care as I get good quality sleep.

I purchased a few years ago, slept with the sheet under my bamboo bedding and really felt the difference. I got a new bed and found that the sheet was moving around so now I lay it across the bottom half of the bed, tucked in on both sides and sleep directly on it. I am only in contact from the lower part of my body but it still works really well. I am 79 and in good health now partly due to the earthing sheet I am sure. I wash it every 2 weeks.

After a fair amount of research, my mother and I purchased an earthing sheet each, but despite using them for several months, neither of us felt any benefit; sleep quality did not improve and joints still ached. It has unfortunately been an expensive experience.

I`m new to earthing and I have sleeping issues. So I thought why not give it a try with the organic earthing mat? As a result my sleep has improved considerably.
Guess what, I don`t want to do without it any more. I´m very grateful I came across this mat.

I purchased the grounding sheet around two years ago, and have used it every night since purchasing. When I first purchased the sheet both myself and my wife experienced a tingling electrical sensation through our bodies, which gave us confidence that this might help. I suffer from Ankylosing spondylitis and I can honestly say I feel the grounding sheet helps with my aches and pains. After two years unfortunately a tear appeared in the sheet, I contacted Rowland to let them know, and I had an email the same day from Amy. She told me that they would send me a replacement sheet, and two days later the sheet arrived. If your looking into purchasing a grounding sheet, then I would highly recommend Rowlands, it’s a fantastic product that works, along with an outstanding customer service you can’t go wrong.

The sheet arrived very quickly. It is of a very high quality. After only a short period of sleeping on it both myself and my husband are feeling the positive impact of it. My husband tracks his heart rate, sleep, HRV etc and the improvement in sleep quality is also reflected through these stats. Will be buying more for the rest of the family!

I thought the sheet stopped working and the customer service team have sent me a replacement without any problem. I do not have to send the old one back. Good customer service response to my issue.

Had mine for about 10 days now. The first three or four nights it didn't seem to be making much difference but then I noticed I wasn't waking and staying awake for hours but going back to sleep quickly. Last night and the night before I slept through until 7-30 a.m., made a drink, read for a bit and fell asleep again until 10-30 a.m. (better put the alarm on for tomorrow as I'm making lunch for friends). I've had fewer back and shoulder aches and my eyes feel awake in the morning - something I haven't experienced since having to use eye drops for glaucoma about seven years ago.

I am on on day 1 of using the sheet.
Its lovely material and very soft. Great quality.
I am riddled with chronic pain..Fibromyalgia. MS. Arthritis.
Fatigue.
Im in a bad way. Although I want to see how I feel in weeks instead of 1 day..
I can say. I slept better without the tossing and turning in pain..
But most noticeable. My neck is usually in agony. I mean AGONY. And I woke with my neck feeling looser and not so much pain..
Im trying not to get too excited. But if this is after 1 day!! I can't wait to see in few months...

Efficient ordering and prompt delivery. After four nights sleeping on Rowlands Earthing fitted sheet I can definitely say that I have experienced benefits, better quality but not longer sleep, more energised throughout the day and reduced back pain. My wife also says that she has less back pain. I was sceptical of the claims but after reading many positive reviews thought it worthwhile to try it for myself and so glad that I did because in recent years I have not slept well, wake up still feeling tired with many aches and pains and fatigued during the day. Not claiming a grounding sheet is a cure all but for me it has proven to provide worthwhile benefits.

My husband suffered from agonising pain in his joints for years - there were many days he was unable to walk. Strong medication did not work.
Within 2 months of using the grounding sheet, his inflammation disappeared (we also stopped using aluminium foil at the same time).
Every morning he says the same thing…
“I can’t believe I’m not in pain anymore”.

I've given this 4 stars at the moment as I've only had it 1 day. However, I wanted to write this review to, hopefully, help other people take the plunge. As I was researching which Grounding Sheet/Company to buy from I came across a lot of seemingly positive reviews which I fear may be false relating to the product, the country of origin, the returns procedure and if they were a scam company. Thankfully, I found this UK based company which is genuinely run and managed by a good team of people. I ordered the Organic Grounding Sheet on Sunday night and received it on Tuesday via Royal Mail. The sheet is of good quality with no 'chemical smell' that other company's products have mentioned. It was beautifully packaged and I appreciate the fact that a tree has been planted on my behalf too. As I said, I've only used it for 1 night but I am hopeful that it will work to improve my sleep and the pains in my knees that keep me awake. Fingers crossed.

This is a good company that do what they say. Give it a try, if it's not for you, they will refund you. It's worth the risk because, if it does work, the benefits will be life changing.

Wow what a delightful difference!

I was hopeful and yet cautious about this product. I suffer from generalised inflammation as well as injury related inflammation due to being a body therapist. Being peri and almost post peri menopausal compounds my symptoms of pain in the night, with associated poor sleep and regular pee breaks. Tried all sorts and yet this!

Fourth night of no pain, fewer pee stops and a notable enhanced quality of sleep. So thankful and for me, it seems to be working, so I would recommend 🙏😊

I’ve been using my earthing sheet for just over 2 months now. My sleep has totally changed - I’m now sleeping through the night every night when previously I’d wake up needing the loo most nights. I feel like I’ve had a much better sleep when I wake up. I have a few aches and pains which I’d hoped this might help with, but so far I don’t think it has had a huge impact. I still give 4 stars though, because the change in sleep alone is worth it!

like many others I was sceptical but took the plunge - I immediately noticed longer and better quality sleep, but the big success for me was seeing my irregular heart beat disappear, which I check each day.
