The most disgusting experience with this so-called “service.” I spent a whole month waiting for Chinese lessons — and got NOTHING. For two weeks, every time I asked for a refund, they turned it into a circus: instead of a proper answer, they sent me bot-like template emails — “freeze your subscription,” “bring a friend,” and other nonsense. This is not support, it’s pure trolling and mockery.

Scammers, plain and simple. The payment even goes through some shady third-party company learningteachit.com — good luck ever finding your money again. No service, no responsibility, no basic respect for the customer.

SkyEng is the worst choice you could possibly make. If you don’t want to lose your money, nerves, and time — stay far away.

The best language school, and interactive platform , in general! Learning English and Italian with SkyEng. Although there are some drawbacks such as it might take a bit to find a teacher you totally click with and who makes you feel comfy, but it's totally worth it in the end. Way to go!

The service is terrible, and customer support is extremely slow—they take ages to respond to even the simplest questions.
Annoying notifications pop up constantly, making the experience even worse.
There are frequent issues with teachers—some cancel at the last minute, while others just disappear.
The system itself is also questionable, offering repetitive tasks and uninteresting topics.
Completely irresponsible.

Отвратительная служба поддержки. Четыре часа не могут убрать преподавателя из расписания. ЧЕТЫРЕ. ЧАСА. Через 3 часа после запроса убрать лишнего преподавателя из расписания написали "Подскажите, ваш вопрос связан с учителем?". Кринж.

I really liked the teacher and our English lessons, but the thing which concerns me - you can't delete your account, and you constantly get the calls from their sales/support team offering you to come back, get extra bonus lesson etc. No matter how many times you say that you are not interested anymore, they still keep calling you.

1. You can't delete your account. So all your information remain unsecured. You also can't change password, so all your information AND information of YOUR KIDS are unprotected and unsecured! Are you willing to risk your kids information if not yours?
2. They never called back to schedule even FREE lesson, what you can say about PAID lessons?
3. The history of the company is shady
4. You can't contact with them, except online only AND within unknown time

Partiamo dalle prime sensazioni già al pagamento con PayPal: pagamento a una società di Hong Kong, e subito mi son chiesto "chissà". Chiedo di parlare personalmente con qualcuno per spiegare a cosa mi sarebbe servito questo corso e se era possibile personalizzarlo per il tipo di lavoro che avrei fatto, e dopo tanto tempo finalmente riesco ad ottenere una videochiamata con una responsabile che mi fa credere cose grandiosi per me, convincendomi ad acquistare il pacchetto da 64 lezioni + 4 gratis e con un insegnante disponibile ai miei orari, h24. Nulla di tutto ciò: per trovare un insegnante disponibile per la fascia oraria dalle 19 in poi ci hanno messo una 15ina di giorni, nel frattempo ricevevo continue chiamate da un numero di Taranto che mi chiedevano come stesse andando, facendomi sentire davvero seguito, ma tutto fumo. Comincio finalmente la prima lezione, il mio livello di inglese non era poi così malvagio, stavi seguendo da poco anche questo corsi su youtube davvero molto validi, e quindi dopo alcune lezioni elementari e preimpostate, faccio presente al mio insegnante che avrei desiderato più qualcosa che mi facesse dare pratica nel parlare e nell'ascoltare, perché qui sono le vere carenze di questi tutti, ma mi dice che non è possibile, che bisogna seguire il percorso. Nel frattempo terminano le prime 8 lezioni e devo già pagate la seconda rata di 335 euro, e siamo già a quota 670 euro spesi, senza aver imparato praticamente nulla, e dopo 2 lezioni mi arriva email da skyeng in cui si comunica che dal 10 di agosto dismetteranno il servizio per l'Italia. Chiedo a questo punto il rimborso di tutto, ma mi rispondono che non è possibile, perché ho comunque partecipato ad alcune lezioni (inutili, ribadisco io) e che hanno pagato l'insegnante, per cui..... Giudicate voi!
Se volete imparare l'inglese, fate come si facendo io, con impegnano un'oretta al giorno almeno seguire le lezioni su youtube scrivendo "imparare l'inglese", troverete 3-4 insegnanti che hanno fatto tantissimi video lezioni davvero utili, sto imparando molto di più così e meglio

Grundsätzlich war ich zufrieden mit dem Format und Lehrern. Kein mega Niveau, aber für uns okay, günstig und effizient im elearning. Wir wollten unseren Sohn ein bisschen an die englische Sprache heran führen ohne Druck. Das hat gut gepasst.

Wir hatten 32 Stunden vorab gezahlt und nachdem 14 Stunden abgehalten wurden haben sie uns folgendes erzählt: sie würden jetzt keine 25 min sondern nur noch 50 min Unterrichtsstunden anbieten und wir müssten die Stunden umwandeln. Weil die Kosten für 50 min aber viiiiiiiel teurer als für 25 min sind sieht das dann so aus: Aus den verbleibenden 18 Stunden a 25 min werden nicht etwa 9 a 50 min. Nein daraus haben sie tatsächlich 4 a 50 min gemacht. Es ist kein Witz! Es ist totale Abzocke.

Keine Ahnung, ob das auch ein politisches Manöver im Zuge des Ukraine Kriegs und der gegenseitigen Sanktionen ist... Es ist so verrückt, dass es einem so vorkommt.

Also Finger weg. Das sind Abzocker und abgesehen davon ist es ja eh keine gute Idee derzeit russische Dienstleistungen und Waren zu kaufen.
