great chat service!

have been a loyal skullcandy customer for at least a decade now. I recently had one of my shipped items get lost in the mail! I thought this was an issue with my shipping service and after several weeks of back and forth they directed me back to skullcandy. After a couple minutes on the chat function with a customer service rep, I had a new order placed and no extra fees to pay for it. It was extremely thoughtful and concise and I am so happy with my customer experience and I am always happy with the product!

customer service - Canada Post Failed to Nofify

Reached out to customer service because Canada Post failed to notify of delivery and returned my order without notifying me. Took about a day to get a response, Mark was clear and super helpful getting me a code to reorder, the first code didn't work, but another was immediately sent and I was able to re-order!

SKULLCANY SUCKS

I've been wear skullcandy ear phones for 18 years. I recently switched to wireless and was glad to see skullcandy on the shelf. I bought a pair of jib true loved them for a few days. Then they basically stopped working. Would not hold a charge and both the right and left would stop working. Thought I just got a bad pair. Bought the indy and fuel and again after about a week the same problems . After many email and no real luck I then tried the site , thought I was going to resolve problem. WRONG. If the site suggests " ask a technician " don't do it . Dude not talk to anyone and was billed 67 bucks when it clearly said 2 dollar charge.
If you don't buy from their site you have to pay them to send the product back to cheap to send a self addressed envelope.

After 18 year of wearing skullcandy candy ear buds I won't be buying them anymore. I only expect them to work three months as I wear 40 to 60 hours a week while I work.

AGAIN DON'T BUY SKULLCANDY EAR BUDS

Great product backed up by even greater customer service!! Even though the contact with the customer service is so rare the service offered each time I contacted them was really one of the best!!

All the people I spoke to were…

All the people I spoke to were spectacular. Very helpful. Their customer service is part of the reason why we have 8 pairs of skullcandy devices under our roof.

the perfect headset

I had a problem with the delivery company but they found a solution for that and i got the headset. I thank the support for their help, and for the crusher, i found out that its the best one i'v had ever, the sound the base the quality the sound isolation everything is perfect! I highly recommend it to everyone.

We bought our first set of Skullcandy headphones because of the quality of their products. After our recent experience with Skullcandy's customer service team, we will ALWAYS choose their products over any other brand. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic! They were quick to respond when we reached out, and were helpful, informative, and friendly.

I ordered headphones for my daughters…

I ordered headphones for my daughters birthday , nearly two weeks ago now , still saying not shipped not communication , I have emailed twice with no reply . Will now not be in time , spent £100 .

I would really like someone to contact me !

I have now been contacted , my purchase is on its way to me .
I would like to say that maybe informing customers that they have a back log on your website or when ordering would stop negative reviews and better communication for the buyer.

Great help from the rep Raffy S

Great help from the rep Raffy S as I had an issue with a claim amount but the rep helped me quickly and efficiently. They asked the right questions and dig through all the right spaces and helped me figure out the discrepancy with my claim amount and helped me get my correct amount. Made my day!!

Recieved product DOA

Product came dead on arrival, support was kind but largely unhelpful. Even though the product that was shipped to me was broken before I even opened the box, it was expected that I be the one to pay the shipping costs. I intend to purchase headphones from a company with better QA and a more reliable customer support track record.

Love their products, frustrating returns process

I have never had issues with Skullcandy products and have been using them for many years, since I believe their value to match their quality. I usually purchase in store, but opted to order online to take advantage of a sale happening. I ended up wanting to cancel my order not long after I placed it, so I tried contacting through the Shopify confirmation email and their "contact us" button just links to Skullcandy's NOREPLY email, so obviously that was no help. I had to wait until I actually received the package to try and return them, and the link on their webpage kept giving me error messages and saying my return request went through, but never giving me a reference number. I ended up emailing with a customer service rep and kept asking for how the returns process worked, and never got a straight answer, always getting directed back to their broken webpage. So fed up with trying to return them, I'm just going to keep them and regift or resell them. Massive waste of my time and I'm not sure I'll purchase from them next time.
