Save your money
Customer service was the worst! Online it states the skull would be shipped two weeks after order. 3 weeks later reached out to see what was going on. I got an email stating item would be shipped two weeks from order date.. Well duh! So I wrote again the next email was just annoying saying she didnt know because they were so busy. After some time I told them just to cancel the order. They then came back said it would ship whatever date if not they would cxl and refund my money. It never shipped reached out again and they finally shipped it. I had to pay another fee for a duty fee. It got here the back was broken. There is no hardware to hang it so finally trying to hang it neither of the horns fit AT ALL not even close!! I have reached out a few times with no response. Disgusting you pay $1000 for something and its an experience like this

It was very well packaged. The longhorn skull arrived undamaged. The wooden crate could be a bit more sturdy, but otherwise everything was great!

Never received my order. I'm assuming this was a scam and writing this to warn others.
Placed order on December 2, 2025. It's Jan 3, 2026 at the time of writing this.
I reached out to their customer service for more info, tracking #, and estimated delivery date. I just received an automated response without any real help.

Shipping date???
Was told my order would ship dec 16. Received notification dhl had a label generated but has not received package from skull bliss. Having a hard time getting a straight answer as to when my order will ship and an estimated delivery date. Was hoping to have for a Christmas gift but things aren’t looking good. The black and blue mirrored flame rams skull was exactly like advertised. I was a bit skeptical when first saw it, but when it arrived I was disappointed. There customers service was phenomenal! I reached on email 3 times and each time they answered all my questions within a day. If you want something unique hanging on your wall, I would say you won’t be disappointed!!
