Sucasa made it really easier to obtain pre-approval, they have great online systems which makes the process very smooth! Thank you Edgar for assisting us throughout the process, always called us back, super friendly and answered all our questions. There was a tight turnaround on obtaining finance approval and Sucasa worked with us to meet that deadline. We are forever grateful to Sucasa for helping us realise our dream as first time home owners. My husband and I highly recommend them, definitely worth it!

Right from the very beginning the whole experience was just fantastic! Every single person that was involved was efficient, informative & super friendly. No matter how many questions or how silly the question it was answered without delay & without judgement. It took me 7 months to find my property (W.A market is crazy atm) & they regularly checked in without pressure to see how I was going. Honestly seemed to good to be true but I am now happily living in my own property which I thought would never happen for me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you everyone at Sucasa.

We have recently obtained a home loan through Sucasa and have found them to be a great option so far. In particular, Sucasa's willingness to make high LVR loans at very competitive interest rates and without requiring LMI (although they do charge a similar type fee which is significantly less than the LMI fee charged by other lenders) make them a fantastic option for anyone who has a good income but doesn't have a 20% deposit saved. Based on our experience so far, we would happily recommend Sucasa to everyone we know.
