Have always used Skinviva. The clinician I have seen for the past few years has now left and if you’re anything like me you get nervous and someone new treating you. However, I cannot be more please with the outcome. I went thinking I needed one treatment and ended up having something else which was exactly the right thing. Very professional but personable at the same time. I have no issue recommending Skinviva to anyone.

This is the first time I've ever had anything done before. I've thought about it for many years but just didn't take the plunge until now and I'm so glad I did. The new location for Skin Viva was really easy to find and there is parking (via metre) at the side of the building. There is also a NCP just round the corner too. The clinic itself is lovely and the girls on the front desk were chatty and welcoming. Now let's get to Dr Amy....firstly she is absolutely gorgeous!!!! but not just on the outside on the inside too. Dr Amy was very thorough with explaining everything to me in regards to treatment and aftercare and also any complication advice. After discussing treatments I literally just said do what you do...I will leave it in your more than capable hands 😁 I felt completely at ease and completely confident in Dr Amy's hands. I had filler and botox and love the results as they are subtle and natural which is what I want to achieve being 47 years old. I was absolutely bricking it beforehand as I mentioned earlier this is my first time ever receiving these kind of treatments..but let me tell you it was all in my head as the treatments were pain free it was actually really relaxing. Had another appointment with Dr Mona who is one of the most genuine and trustworthy professionals I have ever met, she puts you at ease and only performs absolutely necessary treatments, she takes the time to make you are fully aware and understand all aspects of procedures,

Five stars honestly doesn't feel like enough. Immaculate waiting area and clinic, gender neutral bathroom is lovely to see. All staff members were great to be around and chat with.
I had my first ever botox lip flip with Dr. Mona and she was practically flawless in her work as an aesthetic consult and carrying out the procedure. Got an in depth aesthetic consultation and somehow came out of it feeling more confident than before as there wasn't a moment where I felt like she was putting me down or trying to sell more procedures. We also discussed skincare and I got some helpful advice on my routine.
During the procedure we had a lovely chat and a laugh, and she was more than happy to take breaks as I have a low pain tolerance. Since we had some product left after the main area was treated, she treated a couple of extraneous aesthetic imbalances we addressed during the consultation to give my end result a further uplifted appearance.
Great attention to detail, and Dr. Mona is just as much a skilled artist as she is a doctor, with an approach focused on delicate balance between the features to enhance the patient's natural beauty.
I'll definitely be returning should I decide to upkeep my botox and can't recommend SkinViva enough.

Absolutely amazing experience. I was so nervous but as soon as I spoke to Dr Amy I was at peace and she carried out the procedure so well. Professional and great staff.

Sharryn recommended cheek filler to replace volume after substantial weight loss. Also had Botox on forehead to correct eyebrow imbalance. I’m so pleased with the results which are very subtle but make a huge difference. Can’t recommend Sharryn enough she is lovely and very professional 😊

Lip fillers carried out today by Dr Amy. First time having fillers so not sure what to expect despite watching many youtube videos. This is a very friendly, welcoming clinic from the Receptionists to the Doctors who carry out the procedures. Dr Amy explained everything in detail. The consultation wasn’t rushed, it was informative and sensitive with no ‘hard sell.’ Dr Amy takes her time administering the fillers in order to achieve the best results possible. I didn’t feel any pain due to the highly effective numbing cream and throughout the procedure I felt very relaxed. I am delighted with the results, my lips look fuller (overall better shape) without appearing like I have obviously had fillers. No pain as anaesthesia wore off, simply a tingling sensation. Slight swelling first evening which is to be expected. I felt safe, well informed and I received the results I wanted.
