My second time coming and absolutely love how my lips are looking

I visited the salon for the first time for a chemical peel last weekend. It is a calming oasis in the middle of the city. The therapist Jules was highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was concerned about peeling but was put at ease. My skin was visibly glowing when I left and for the next few days and I was given post treatment product which I haven’t received after treatments with other salons. Unfortunately I’ve had a few hormonal spots which was the reason for my visit but I would definitely return and I am considering other treatments Jules suggested like microneedling.

Had a great day at SkinViva Academy. Sharryn is an excellent trainer and injector. It’s been a pleasure to work with her.

Completed the botox and dermal filler course yesterday, I was really anxious but the ladies on the course and the trainer made me feel at ease, Was delivered professionally and easy to follow, the clients were lovely and I can not recommend enough. My trainer was Sharryn and she was down to earth, professional and shared her experiences with us throughout. Nervous but looking forward to starting the next chapter in my career.

Recently had my second round of dermal filler treatment at Skin Viva, this time by Dr Claire. As with my previous experiences at Skin Viva I found Claire's experience, knowledge and Skill to be exceptional, as well as her ability to keep you feeling comfortable and relaxed throughout treatment. I couldn't be happier with my results, and Claire achieved what I wanted with less filler than I expected. I always feel confident in the ethics of the clinicians who I feel put the best interests of the patient first. As ever, reception staff were wonderful. Thank you.

Ethical, professional, honest service from excellent practitioners. What’s not to love? In ten years, I have never been upsold, I’ve had honest consultations about what my skin needs and had a decade of expertise and great after care.

Attended the foundation Botox and fillers course. Was nervous but came out feeling equipped and ready. Brilliant teaching by Sharyn, lots of live models to practice on, small group of 4 students, useful reading materials. Have booked another two courses.

I have a great experience for Botox treatment and they advise me to start new treatments accordingly to my skin! Excellent and friendly staff as well as Dr Mona. I would come back definitely.

Excellent professional service

I was on the Polynucleotide course with Sharyn on Saturday. She was great, so knowledgeable, very helpful and good fun. The other people on my course and of course the models were all gorgeous humans. Thank you yet again SkinViva it was a great course I can’t wait to start using my new skill.

Went for my second Nurogen treatment and staff very friendly and true professionalism throughout the treatment.
Still waiting for results of the treatment but hopefully they will be positive.
Only one improvement I would suggest …
Whilst staff are great, they don’t take the time to discuss my concerns or how the previous treatment was. Perhaps a quick 5 minutes with clients to run through what they are looking to achieve would be an even better experience.

Had Neogen plasma regeneration treatment with Julie the skin specialist. Really thorough information given about the treatment and took the time to thoroughly prep my skin and reassure me before starting the procedure. Procedure isn’t painful. Just feel some heat and tingling. A little red after the treatment but nothing to be concerned about. Excited to see the results.

Usual great service, returning customer. Masseter botox keeps the teeth grinding and tongue biting at bay. Thanks Sharryn, see you in 3 months time.

Love my appointments at Skinviva. Met lovely Claire on reception for the first time... so helpful. Sharryn is so professional and knowledgeable, but her warm personality puts you at ease. I always feel so comfortable when seeing her.
