Very poorly maintained and operated.

I was new to the site and was using SkinsLuck's upgrade tool when it began auto-selecting a very expensive item for me to upgrade to. I did not wish to do such a low percentage odds upgrade. Every time I chose a different item, the auto-selected item would reappear after about 2 seconds and override my choice. I refreshed the page, and the issue persisted. I attempted to time it so it would upgrade to my desired item, but it deselected it and selected the expensive item right as I clicked upgrade. This shot my chance of winning from 75% to 22%.

I, of course, lost and went into the site's Discord to report the bug and see if anything could be done about the site malfunctioning at my expense. It took about 36 hours to get a response, and when I did, they flat-out told me they can't refund a lost game and left it at that. I continued, hoping to even have them address the fact that the website bugged/malfunctioned, and I was told "if you’d won that upgrade you’d be first to withdraw" (referencing the 22% upgrade to the expensive item) and "you said that you’ve tried to 'time it out' what sounds like trying to exploit a bug you thought you discovered but that didn’t work". Essentially, telling me that not only did I get scammed, but I was also exploiting the site.

I cannot stress enough: do not spend your money on SkinsLuck.com. I wish I had listened to the reviews I saw before depositing money. They have 100 "active" users at all times, but they're all level 1's and don't talk in chat (bots). Even in their Discord's general chat, people are asking whether anyone on staff is active and whether they can have a service ticket reviewed. Everything about this site screams scam to me. They'll probably hide behind their "provably fair" notes, but there is definitely something wrong with this site. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

ITS A SCAM WEBSITE I deposited $15 and lost $10 then got it back up to 15 and tried to withdraw *Important detail* Nowhere on site did it say it takes 72h to withdraw, I’ve tried contacting “24/7” support which took a week to respond and then I had a skin withdrawing for good 24hrs and I went on discord server and spoke to members, they didn’t even know they were part of that discord server which indicated that the owner bought fake discord members and also when I did get a response the owner said it was all my fault that I sold the item and he refused to give it to me additionally he blocked and deleted me from the server. Altogether he took my money, no skins, no refund, no help, site is a whole scam with bought reviews, fake live drops, bought discord server members and a whole load of scam. DO NOT DEPOSIT

They impose a MANDATORY wager of x10 WITHOUT warning.
So if you want to bet €50, you have to bet €250!
I hope they will be punished by law. I have friends who are working on shutting down this site and tracking down the owners.
