I can see from our email records that you were contacted on the day of your order advising that one of the items was out of stock, your response was that you were happy to wait for that item to come back in to stock. I can see further correspondence a week later where again you said you were happy to continue waiting for the out of stock item. Are we to assume by your one star review that your position of being happy to wait has changed and you would like the order cancelled and refunded? Please accept our sincere apologies for the delays on your order, we recently moved warehouses and there has been some teething problems as the stock transferred across. Clothes did not survive first wash in washing machine
I cannot recommend the Skins 5 products. I bought them two weeks ago and the clothes did not survive one wash in the washing machine. I had nylon threads all over my clothes. Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable for products that cost at least €100...
I contacted the customer service but they are unresponsive. Absolutely disappointing. Cannot recommend.

Hi Maik, very sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced, you are absolutely right, if washed on the correct wash settings, this should not happen. We were alerted recently to an error on our customer service mails where a bounce back was occurring that prevented mails coming through to our customer service team. 5 series latest compressions
Hi Bought the latest 5 series top and leg compressions and only used twice in two weeks and already started to see the stitching opening up.
I would have given 5 stars overall and for the job it does if the stitching issue wasn't there as it was the most expensive they sell.

If you drop our customer service team a mail on customerservice@skinscompression.com we will get this addressed for you immediately. On our SERIES-5 products, we use a specific a-seam construction, unique to SERIES-5, which has a low profile to reduce chaffing, making the garment extremely comfortable to wear. This is a very technical seam and the margin for error is very slim, if the machinist has a momentary lapse of concentration and is ever so slightly out on the seam allowance, it can compromise the whole seam. As a human is involved in the process, this can occasionally happen. Once we receive your email with an image to show the fault, we will get a replacement out to you straightaway. Thank you for your support of SKINS, it is greatly appreciated.
Does what it says on the Skin
Excellent product. My previous compression pants were 5 years old. Before buying this genuine product from the original company I got stitched up on Amazon.co.uk by imposters using "skins" as a generic name - most expensive underwear I've ever bought.
Make sure the "S" is on the product and you won't be disappointed.

The best compression running tights
Fantastic compression running tights, the best that there is! However, Skins logo is peeling off after just one wear and there is confusion on the website about which style/colour is available in which length.

Fast shipping and fast and easy return. I ordered a type of skins that was not what I was expecting and they refunded in full (less shipping) without any question. Very happy with the customer service and I am a skins owner already and they are a great product.

Unhappy with communication and return options
I tried to return my compression tights for a different size, but so far I have been unsuccessful. I following the instructions on the SKINs website. The tags are still attached, the tights haven't been worn and I attempted to return within the 14 days. I submitted two requests through the contact at SKINs and have had no response.
