Excellent customer service
Edited review after customer service intervened to help me- Purchasing was very seamless. Customer service is excellent. Due to an issue beyond the control of Skin Rocks, DHL held my shipment in the UK (I live in the United States), and their customer service person, Lucy, got way further with DHL than I was able to. I greatly appreciate how much they tried to fix an issue despite pretty bad service from DHL. Hopefully I'll eventually receive my product!!

Great products & buying experience
I ordered the support oil about 7am on Thursday via the Skin Rocks website and it had arrived 24 hours later, without me paying extra for quicker delivery too. I liked the personal touch of the note from Caroline hoping I enjoy the products and thanking me for buying. The website is super quick and easy to use. And I LOVE the product. I also have Retinoid 1 which is amazing. The moisturiser is next on my list and I can’t wait to see what comes next. I’ve followed Caroline & Skin Rocks on socials for ages, and I’ve followed a lot of the advice (real women on their socials, love!) Everything is broken down, easy to follow and with zero bull**** which is a breath of fresh air.
