A glad l found out about Dr. V’s products. Am using it but it took a long time for me to notice change on my face. I have been having hyperpigmentation since l got older and l don’t know why. I was tempted to stop but l kept going because if l stop what else do l use. So now am glad l kept going but thank God it’s working now because my hyperpigmentation is clearing now and am happy about it. I really love my daily moisturizer cream. My face is looking better now than when l first started. Thank you Dr. V and l know you have more creams to recommend to me.

I’ve been using Dr. V’s skincare products for a few months now and have noticed a significant improvement in my skin, especially my pores, which appear much smaller. I’m still working on my dark spots—they’re still there—but I’ve seen fewer bumps each month, which has made a big difference. Overall, my skin looks smoother and healthier. I know I still have a long way to go, but so far I really like these products and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to improve their skin.

Hyperpigmentation/Melasma
I have been using the hyperpigmentation kit since August 2025 and now it’s January 2026 - I could see my melasma fading gradually. Very happy with my purchase😊

Delivery process was easy, paid for costoms and taxes on line and the delivery company constantly gave updates untill my order arrived.

Hair conditioner bottle cap has changed…
Hair conditioner bottle cap has changed and quantity has reduced for both hair shampoo and conditioner, need to remove whole cap now while bathe. not a good one

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, the shampoo bottle and cap have not changed, and the quantity has remained the same. The only update was to the conditioner cap, which was changed from a flip-top to a screw cap after some customers told us the flip-top was difficult to open in the shower.

Bottle awful
The product is great, but the bottle itself is awful. Sometimes I squeeze out too little or too much which wastes a lot of product. I wish you can consider redesigning the bottle

Not the greatest concealer
Not the greatest concealer, doesn’t sit well on the skin and definitely not suitable for oily skin like mine. The colour match is good but I would not recommend this product. The texture is grainy…not very smooth

Regarding the texture, the concealer should feel smooth. A grainy feel can sometimes happen if too much product is applied at once or if it isn’t warmed slightly between the fingertips before application, which helps it melt and blend more evenly into the skin. My skin looks and feels great!
My experience with the products and customer service has been excellent. My skin looks and feels great and I've been using since 2022. Due to an auto immune condition I had a problem with some body products and they were refunded.

Unreliable service
I ordered this product on the 30th December within the UK for next day delivery. The order form stated it would take a business day to process, and then 1-2 days for delivery. Well today is the day I have heard the item was shipped so its taken 10 days just to ship with a further 1-2 delivery. Plus you pay for fast delivery. As this has not happened I am requesting a refund on delivery as the friend who it was ordered for is leaving tomorrow and possibly won't even get the product due to their unreliable ordering system, meaning I will have to return this incurring further charges!

Your order was placed on 30 December after the daily cut-off, just before the holiday period when our warehouses were closed. Normal processing did not resume until the next business day, 2 January, and there was a clearance backlog to work through following the Christmas and New Year shutdown.
This was an exceptional period and not reflective of our usual dispatch times, where the vast majority of orders ship on time. We also displayed a 3–5 working day processing delay notice in the shopping cart during this period to help set expectations.
As soon as you contacted us, we refunded your next-day delivery fee in recognition of the delay, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We truly appreciate your patience.
