Unreliable service
I ordered this product on the 30th December within the UK for next day delivery. The order form stated it would take a business day to process, and then 1-2 days for delivery. Well today is the day I have heard the item was shipped so its taken 10 days just to ship with a further 1-2 delivery. Plus you pay for fast delivery. As this has not happened I am requesting a refund on delivery as the friend who it was ordered for is leaving tomorrow and possibly won't even get the product due to their unreliable ordering system, meaning I will have to return this incurring further charges!

Your order was placed on 30 December after the daily cut-off, just before the holiday period when our warehouses were closed. Normal processing did not resume until the next business day, 2 January, and there was a clearance backlog to work through following the Christmas and New Year shutdown.
This was an exceptional period and not reflective of our usual dispatch times, where the vast majority of orders ship on time. We also displayed a 3–5 working day processing delay notice in the shopping cart during this period to help set expectations.
As soon as you contacted us, we refunded your next-day delivery fee in recognition of the delay, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We truly appreciate your patience.

The ‘Cera Pep Moisturiser’ helped to significantly reduce two pigmentation patches that I had on my face after the healing of two bruises. I got those bruises about 6years ago when I fell face down on a gravel road.

I absolutely love dr v products
I absolutely love dr v products, I used to have breakouts which lead to marks and hyperpigmentation. I tried so many products that didn't work. I came across dr v youtube channel and followed her advise and saw an improvement. Then she started to launch products I knew I had to try it out and I did. I saw the best results on my skin.

Thoughtful, effective skincare
I discovered Dr V Rattan through YouTube while researching a sunscreen I was planning to buy from Space NK, which turned out to be out of stock. That ended up being a blessing in disguise. I’ve always struggled with sunscreen and had given up on it for years because of how badly it sat on my skin. While looking for reviews, I came across Dr V and instantly trusted her.
She comes across as approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I really appreciate that her advice is evidence-based and that she clearly believes in the products she recommends.
I’ve since started using Dr V’s skincare range. I haven’t tried everything yet, but I’m planning to. So far, I’ve really enjoyed the daily range. I haven’t bought the exfoliating serum as I’m currently using another one that Dr V has also approved.
My overall experience has been positive. I did have a small issue with an order where two items didn’t arrive, which was disappointing at the time as I wanted to continue using the face moisturiser and also try one product from the hair range. However, customer service handled it well and issued a refund promptly, which I appreciated.
I feel very comfortable using these products and I’m keen to see the long-term results. I do wish there was a physical store or clinic where the products could be purchased more easily, as delivery can take some time. That said, I’m very happy I found Dr V — everything she says makes sense to me, and I genuinely trust her approach.

I have been following Dr V many years
I have been following Dr. V for many years since YouTube. I have always trusted her products and any recommendations due to always having a reason behind which products to use and which not because of the ingredients she highlights and explains! The concealer is a great product
The concealer is a great product. Easy to use and I guessed my colour perfectly looking at the images provided online. I find I can use this as a standalone without any other make up and I love that. Feels comfortable not cakey and a great colour match. Definitely purchasing again!

Most effective products for my oily/combination skin!
The most effective skincare for my sensitive, oily/combination skin. I see the difference every morning and can tell when I don't use it. Love the brand and everything it is for us people of color! It is a little pricey for me with shipping as i live in the United States, but because I can trust these products on my skin and I've seen results it has been worth it.

But sometimes the response feels too generic and not personalized.This discourages me from reaching out with any further concerns.it will be nice to be able to get or hear directly from Dr. V herself.
