Very good , very good, very very very good

I spoke with Val. She was very informative as I had a number of queries regarding accommodation before deciding to book with Ski France. The booking process was smoothly handled and the service friendly and professional. All in all a satisfactory experience.

Very helpful staff on the phone, who assisted with a few queries paying for the extras. Some difficulties between quotes in £ and paying in Euros as this was cheaper. Annoyingly a save 5% offer code for transfers popped up on completion of my booking, which included transfers. A phone call the following day and this discount was applied, for which I am grateful.

Excellent service, it’s great to have a personal service at the end of a phone rather than it taking 20 minutes going through options to get to a human !

Competent enough but not impressed that thd chalet we had booked 8 months previously became unavailable with only 7 weeks to go.

It was specifically chosen with 5 bedrooms for 10 persons but the couldnt offer a like for like alternative.

In the end we had to settle for 2 chalets in a different resort which wasnt ideal anx NO offer of any compensation

Excellent service, these guys make it very easy to plan a good ski holiday.
Being french myself, I didn't find the need to go investigate options somewhere else as they understood my needs right away and provided me with options which corresponded to what I was looking for in my budget.
Glad to know they are there as I'll use their expertise and knowledge of the alps again.

Excellent staff. I had one booking I had to cancel after 3/4 weeks and was given a full refund of my deposit. The trip I had planned for 2020 will now be in 2021 and I will be straight back to Ski France.

James was amazing, he sent me a very quick email with an offer with a very nice location and price after I called him . We are a group of friends and we look forward to go to skiing in France in that location which James suggested for us. He is a credit for the company. Many thanks from all of us.

Good place to book holiday, easy to use 👍

Easy booking experience, good deal and fast response to queries. James was very helpful in securing a family room with bunk beds for the kids rather than a sofa bed. So far, very pleased with the service.

Great service. Very simple process

Booking process for the accommodation was very easy and straight forward but not so for additional requirements such as the reduced Ski Pass and Ski Hire options advertised but were not offered as part of the booking.
