The family stayed in Chalet Jupiter in Val d’Isere and had a fantastic time. Initially i was a bit apprehensive about the contactless catering. It turned out to be a great success and allowed us to really enjoy the chalet as if it were our own. All options seemed to be catered for. Pick-up and drop off from the slopes was efficient and friendly as were all interactions with office.
Can’t fault it, 5 stars!

All good with booking and dealing with Ski France - only dropped a mark as emails consistently take a couple of days to receive a response.

Able to make booking for next year at a good price.

Booking went well, BUT haven't received confirmation with details, yet, despite 3 requests.
Just receiving reception hours and how to get there is a joke ...
I can't look it up online either, because I used the UK site. But I was informed that this is normal ...

As somebody who is quite a technophobe, I really appreciated being able to speak directly with the Ski France team who gave me a fair price for my trip, and a seamless booking experience.

Would definitely book with Ski France again.

Excellent service - super friendly and efficient

Really easy to book via email, they came back very quickly with the details I asked for, as well as a link to pay; like the fact this then gave the choice to pay a deposit, or in full. I received a confirmation email within minutes both from Martha @ SkiFrance and Madame Vacances. My only comment would be the confirmation from Madame Vacances, whilst useful in terms of hotel services and access, didn’t provide the booking confirmation; this may well be due to having booked a specific event though, and is a very small thing, I found everything very efficient.

Zac from Ski France contacted me and resolved my query over the booking confirmation really quickly; very impressed with his keenness to ensure his customers received all the correct information, as well as the speed with which he dealt with the matter.

Martha was so helpful and patient despite us changing our minds about payment methods. She was able to answer all our questions and offered to ring back so that we didn’t have to wait on the line whilst she processed the booking.

Listened to our problem, said he would look at it and get back to us with an amended invoice.
This was received in the afternoon to our satisfaction.

We stayed in Chalet Silvana, Meribel which was perfect accommodation for our family and a great location for getting onto the ski slopes. Everything was clean, with fresh towels mid-week and plenty of wood for the fire! The staff were helpful and obliging, especially when we needed more milk etc for the baby. The food that was provided was generally tasty but often more than we needed which meant that there was a lot wasted which was a pity. We booked a transfer to and from the airport through Ski France but the driver had no idea where our chalet was. It would have been helpful for him and us if he had been given clear directions by the company in advance. However, we had a fantastic holiday and would use Ski France again and would recommend them to friends.

A fabulous holiday a great chalet and wonderful food and service from Durim. We will definitely return again next year! Thanks so much to the whole Ski France team who helped so much from the minute we booked! Claire

This was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. From initially helping select the chalet and options, to the ski equipment and passes being delivered to the house with multiple visits to ensure the right fitting boots, to amazing food each night cooked by Jean Joseph and to top it off an extremely responsive Durim helping fill any missing items in between, this really was the trip of a lifetime. We would 100% use ski France again and highly recommend Chalet Etienne for a large group.

Everything about the experience was 5 star. From the planning stage to the arrival and the week long ‘operations’. Food was good and plentiful. It was faultless. Durim couldn’t do enough for us. We would 100% use them again.
