Gorgeous clothes and super helpful with sorting out an issue with my order!!

Great design and good quality product. Lovely packaging. We are really happy with the helpful customer service too.

Just received my first order with Sixth Dimension and absolutely love all of my pieces! I'm literally keeping everything except for the items that didn't fit me. The returns process was simple - customer service replied to me very quickly and I was issued my refund as soon as they received my returned items. The clothes are also super cute and great quality! Great place to support small business/small artists, they have so many unique, one-of-a kind pieces. Looking forward to seeing what other clothes they design!

My daughter absolutely loves everything we buy from Sixth Dimension. The quality is very nice, ships when they say it’s going to and is always packed cute. We have only had to return items once to get a larger size and it was super easy! Yes you have to pay for the return shipping but that is pretty normal for any smaller business. We’ve ordered I think 4 times from Sixth dimension and its always been a good experience.

The clothing is great but the customer service is a little finicky and unprofessional. There was no available return label or any easy way to return, I had to pay with my own money to send the package.
Also the tights I bought had a loose thread within one wear so idk.

In attempting to buy a Christmas gift for my younger sister, I accidentally double ordered the same thing. Elie at Sixth Dimension was quick to reach out and remedy this with a refund and cancelling the duplicate order. I appreciated how swiftly and kindly they remedied my blunder!
The packaging is so cute, I couldn’t believe it. My younger sister was so happy with the shirts I got for her— they are wonderful quality, super soft, and look just like the pictures. I’m glad I took a chance on Sixth Dimension, and will hopefully be shopping with them again soon— I would love to see them extend their sizing/have plus sizes available!

Wow!! I’m in love with the Bones Turtle Neck! Such a cool design and it fits so well. Customer service is amazing too, and I really appreciated the follow up email asking if the product was all okay upon arrival.

Easy to order. My granddaughter gave me a request for Christmas. Elie was tracking shipment and let me know it was delayed and there was an issue with my address. She took the initiative when it was being returned to Fifth Dimension to have another package sent so I would receive before Christmas, band I did! Very happy with her follow up and communication. I did not have to send a complaint she already knew the issue and took care of it and kept me informed. I worked in customer service for 40 years. I would have loved working with more people like Elie. Such a pleasure. I won’t see the pants till the gift is opened Christmas Day. So cute on line.
One last comment. The packaging is so nice! Great value. Thank you Elie.

This company gave my dad a random refund notice without ever telling him the reason it got refunded. And now he needs to buy something else for my sister, because it was something she wished to get as a christmas present. Hopefully they will revert the order (if its possible) and give a reason why they refunded it.

Bought from this brand many times, never had any issues with quality personally. Always appreciated their unique designs that clearly have a lot of love put into them. Had an issue with shipping but that was out of their contro.

I had a good experience with this brand ^-^. Customer service was nice and the item i ordered feels comfortable and also looks super cute!! Some people assume that the clothes from this website are drop-shipped or fast fashion solely because its produced in China but fail to realize that there are a lot of small businesses that exist in China!! Anyway, I wish for a bright future for this brand :)💕

All the research I did on this company was they were a small business and had ethical practices. I should have come here for the honest reviews. I was incredibly disappointed that my item was manufactured and shipped from China as there is no way to ensure they are using ethical practices despite what it says on their website. Furthermore, the quality materials on my shirt were cheap, thin, and scratchy. I want to support small businesses, but this is not a sustainable brand.

I wanted to purchase an item from your store for a very long time, I followed you everywhere and you were literally my favourite brand, I was so excited when the package arrived. It was very upsetting to see however that the quality of the shirt was extremely poor. The stitching was terrible and the fabric is super cheap and I'm afraid it won't last for a very long time. I guess it's just overpriced fast fashion. I really hope your brand could make better choices in the future. I'm not leaving this review out of malice, but in hope it will reach another person to avoid the same huge disappointment in something they really loved

Said this was a sustainable brand from delaware but actually is just dropshipped from china. I paid a lot of money for clothes with horrible quality that have patches already falling off after their second wash.
