Der Rock ist wirklich schön und hat eine gute Qualität!! Der Support ist sehr hilfsbereit und offen für Probleme. Ich bedanke mich und werde aufjedenfall irgendwann nochmal bestellen 🫶

I bought three items, two tops and a skirt. All three were received in perfect condition and in a cute box. One of the tops did not fit me well but as it was bought during a sale, as per their company policy, no returns are offered, so I urge everyone to double check before purchasing!

Other than that, because I purchased right before the Chinese New Year break, the shipping company, which is located in China, took a break and the shipping was delayed. After reaching out to them, Cherie Lou initiated a refund for the shipping fee which I was grateful for.

I will definitely purchase again in the future!

Customer support was so helpful with processing my return and answering any questions I had. I will definitely be placing more orders in the future!

Ordered three times from this brand! They always ship fast and clothes are so cute and lovely! Customer service is super helpful too! I was able to return a few things that didn't fit right and they were super helpful with it! :)

i’ve ordered twice and the shipping is quick the quality is soooo good. people love to accuse small brands of reselling stuff from shein but i can confirm that their stuff is 100% not from shein nor is it shein quality. their tops are so coquette and cute and they actually ask the customers for what they want before releasing new items honestly this brand is so perfect and the prices are reasonable i literally never write reviews but they deserve one!!!

The first time I laid eyes on this brand, I knew it was love at first sight. Wearing Chérie Lou makes me feel oh so happy and beautiful each and everyday. I get so many compliments, and I always look forward to every new collection they release. My orders always come in perfect condition, with the cutest freebies and packaging! Every price will always be worth it to me, and if Chérie Lou had 0 buyers, then I don’t exist. 🩷

Such a cute brand with the most elegant pieces! I had been wanting to order from this brand since 2023, finally in 2026 I did! My only complaints are, how pricey the shirts are😓😓 I had brought, the dolly top, liquorice blouse, Daisy jeans and Sarah bow coat, with the jeans and coat I have no complaints, they are perfect, but the skirts felt so pricey. 😞 I would suggest adding adjustable straps onto the dolly top and nicer button holes onto the liquorice blouse!! Nevertheless will order again! 🩷🩷

My clothes looked exactly as cute as they did online! The sizing is accurate and the sales are great. My clothes came pretty quickly most times but once got delayed though that may be a problem with UPS rather than Cherie Lou itself and I eventually did get my package. Great smaller business to support!

The clothes are gorgeous and really high quality 💝 The customer service has been incredibly kind and supportive as well !

I ordered the piano skirt, the piano bag the ladybug shirt, the baby blue babydoll and the polka dot babydoll 🤍
All the items were packaged well and they even came with cute stickers ^^
I really loved the thick material of the skirt but wanted to return it because I didn’t like how it looked on my body. The customer service helped me with my return and it was a very easy process ! (Thank you so much Brigitte 😭😭🫶🏼🫶🏼)
I also asked about one of the items because the print was slightly faded in one place. They immediately sent me a replacement and let me keep the item with the tiny defect as well 💝

Very pretty clothes and on first impressions it’s great quality for the price. my only complaint would be that they need to invest in bigger boxes bcs why did i only order 3 things and my order was sent in 2 separate shipments. other than that i would buy from again

Worst company ever! Ordered a jacket for my daughter for Christmas. Size was too small. Contacted their customer service to return. Was told that it was past their 7 day return policy. Hard to get it back in that time period since it took almost 2 weeks to get to me being shipped from China. So now I'm out money. So buyer beware.

Updated:: Company has agreed to return and issue refund. I will take back what I recently posted about them. They were kind enough to help me after all.

I ordert a long sleeve and a skirt with build in shorts. Both arrived at time and I looooove the design 😸 Very cute <3

They shipped it from china.
It’s a bit pricey but after my experience now it’s worth it I think.
For the Melody Built-In Shorts Skirt, the belt could be a little bit longer.

Unhappy with my experience with this brand as my order was lost and they have told me they would resolve the issue and then proceed to ignore me. I’m unable to give a review on any clothes unfortunately I’ll be happy to give a better review if ever get my order
