DON’T TRUST THEIR REPLIES

I ordered a set for Halloween on AUGUST 25th! August!! That was almost two months ago and should be plenty of time to come in before Halloween. After taking a month to even ship the item, I reached out to the company who assured me this was normal with pre-order items. What’s absolutely not normal is that they suddenly “shipped it” on September 25th, and it has taken almost a month with no updates for weeks! The “shipping company” looks very illegitimate and I have never seen this company despite ordering from overseas often. After not having any update for a full week on the “tracking info” I did my research and found the shipping company is fraudulent as well! Horrible people who can “work here” and respond to these reviews knowing they are frauds and scammers. DO NOT BUY OR TRUST THEIR RESPONSES.

My shipment never came

My shipment never came. I told the company and they said they cannot give me a refund. It wasn’t even my fault. The shipment never came. It’s ridiculous. Don’t order from this company! It’s been over a month to get one item and it comes from China.

Purchase a dress for my grand daughter

Purchase a dress for my grand daughter. The dress is for a special occasion. This company provides no confirmation regarding delivery or respond to emails.
Current status will most likely have to find another dress.
The dress was ordered on Sept 19th, just noticed it’s a preorder this is a scam and the company should provide disclosure on delivery.

I ordered an outfit for a music…

I ordered an outfit for a music festival on August 19th and it’s now September 23rd and it hasn’t even shipped yet. The music festival is in a week and I’m thinking I won’t get it in time. The website says it will ship in 7-20 business days and we’re now at 30 business days.

I’m very disappointed in the outfit I bought for my wife. We don’t have the rest yet as it was sent in multiple orders. We bought four outfits. If the first one is anything to judge by then it’s not looking good. If it’s below what’s ever timed we will be asking for a full refund as is my right by Australian consumer law. I’m sick of companies sending out articles that don’t match what is advertised. In response to your reply. I checked my email. Trash spam the entire thing. You didn’t send me a response. It’s just a ploy to try and get some credit back. However by lying you are simply making things worse.

Full refund

I recently wrote a review of this company following the delivery of a play suit that was nothing like the one ordered. I gave it 1 star at that point. Following a refund offer of £15.00 from sister party I wrote a very strongly worded email and received a full refund. If your not happy with your purchase, please do not accept a partial refund thinking it’s better than other. You’re entitled to receive EXACTLY what you ordered. I have given them 2 stars now which is for the refund received but I would not give them a higher score because the company offered a ridiculous refund amount instead of taking responsibility for a substandard product. Original price was £45,00 so £15.00 refund was insulting. The playsuit advertised was NOTHING like the one received. So I’m grateful for the full refund but would not recommend you buy from this seller.

Bad quality items, good quality customer service

I ordered 4 dresses for a holiday to Ibiza, unfortunately, although I ordered them 3 weeks prior to going on holiday, they didn't arrive in time and four dresses were shipped out in three packages. Two arrived when I was on holiday and the following two arrive separately 1 week after I got back. Shipping is SLOW.
When I opened the dresses the quality wasn't great. See-through, bad stitching and also one, I couldn't even figure out HOW to get the top half one to cover me. I did reach out to customer service and they were great, they offered a 65% refund and I didn't have to return the items. I'm in the UK and returning the items would have cost more than the 35% of the total I had to lose.
If you're in the UK, don't order from them as returning is a waste of money and free returns are NOT available. Clothing, I'd give 1 star, but customer service I'd give 4 stars.
It's just a shame I will not be wearing any of the dresses and I've in fact lost out on £35 in all.

Worse online store ever

Worse online store ever. I ordered a dress for $34 plus $9.99 shipping it was so see through and bad quality. I asked for return info and they told me they would only refund me $14 and I would also need to pay my own shipping. The other option was they would give me a store credit of $18. On the website it state nothing about this return policy. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Nefasto

Hace más de un mes que hice mi pedido y hasta la fecha no tengo ninguna modificación de ningún tipo, tan solo "awaiting shipment" y como bien he leído en otros comentarios, no es una página barata.
No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Do not order anything from this company!

I ordered on June 25th, on July 9th ALMOST TWO WEEKS LATER my order was apparently finally shipped.

July 30th I received my order incomplete, with the top missing from the skirt set!

I’ve been dealing with their “support” who only wants to refund me 50% or give me a discount code! How ridiculous is that???? They’re sending me an incomplete order and refuse to refund me for it or simply send the missing piece, but offer me a discount to reorder!

I’ll have my bank dispute this. And I’ll make sure to review them on all channels accordingly to my crappy experience.

I have screenshots of the whole email conversation with the “support” of this company, I don’t know how to include them here in my review, but I’ll include them on my google review. The order was for “Anna-Regina” in Washington DC, my name here on this review page is a different one for privacy reasons.
