Avoid company they are scammers.

This is a scam company. I ordered 2 items. Neither fit and 1 looked silly. I requested an exchange but they offered a fraction of payment as well as I pay for return shipping. Never again will I shop here

A scam website

A scam website. I waited months for my order and It never arrived. I would email and they would respond saying they are working on it and slow bc they have a lot of orders. Asked for a refund, they said I would get It between 5-8 business day and I never received It neither. Do not order from them. Do not buy.

Really shocking do not order from this…

Really shocking do not order from this place if you are from UK they advise up to 3 weeks to get your items. It has now been over 4 weeks as I ordered 12th April and only received one item out of the two I ordered as they were sent out separately even though I put my order in one transaction. They don’t send you an order update on when it gets shipped unless you complain or even a confirmation email to say you have ordered.

NOT a scam

I ordered one dress as was worried about the below but they were too nice and well priced. It came in two weeks(to south London). I think the problem is over ordering and getting it through customs and as it comes from China. The dress I ordered was £34 and was in gorgeous condition. Tracking was accurate and also not a scam site which I know a lot of other people and sites are saying! I emailed them a lot too, due to the reviews, and they were fast at replying too.

Horrible Returns Process

This company infuriates me. I have been trying to return two brand new condition dresses that fit nothing like the photos for over two weeks. But of course, they conveniently have no phone number, so they have been giving me the run around in email, taking forever to to reply, continuously asking questions with every email. They requested photos of the items as well, just drawing out the whole process. I have stated I want to return and a refund, still have not gotten a response. And of course, they have no address listed so I am pretty much at their mercy. They make returning anything a stressful and ridiculous process because they reallllly want to keep your money. I will NEVER EVER order from this shady company again! I will most likely have to contact my bank to dispute the charges If they do not respond or refund.

This store failed to provide me with…

This store failed to provide me with details regarding my expected package.

I made the order on April 13th, it took a full ten days for the site to provide a tracking number. It is May 7th, and I have yet to see an updated tracking. Unacceptable.

The site claims it was shipped, yet the tracking leads me to some dubious, non-verified site claiming the order is still being processed.

I asked for a full refund as I need the funds to shop for an upcoming trip, or more specific details regarding my package.

Associate claims she is “unable to intercept my package” and offered a measly $10 discount that I will not use. I never asked to intercept the package, I asked to more specific details regarding the deliver as the tracking site and store site claim two different things.

Update 05/08/2024: I have just received a response from their customer service claiming, “ Thank you for contacting us regarding your order. We apologize for any convenience caused.

The following is the update of your parcel tracking information, at present you may not be able to view the tracking information due to network or geographical reasons or the tracking information is slow to update.

Ordinary transportation time ranges from 10-20 days, we ask for your patience.”

Along with a screenshot of the dubious tracking site that said “shipping information sent to USPS.”(along with the supposed USPS tracking number)

The USPS tracking number provided does not even work.

Again, I ordered these items four weeks ago, and this is the first day I am receiving any sort of update. The first update I received in over a month was yesterday with a bogus, inactive USPS tracking number. I’m assuming this was sent as “proof of shipment.”

Please do not waste your time and money with SisterParty. It is a fake NYC boutique actually located in China. Had I known this, I would’ve never placed an order as their parcel staff is woefully disorganized. You will be out of money for weeks. I will be contacting my bank in regards to this scam site.

We apologize for the confusion and concern caused by the slow delivery. We would like to clarify that we are not a scam site and we'd like to explain some points here to foster understanding.


1) "Order on April 13th"
Upon inspection I found that your order was paid on April 24th (GMT+/-8) so actually the order was made on 4/24/2024 and it was shipped in less than 10 days.

2) "Dubiou tracking site"
We apologize for the concern caused by the tracking site. What the CSR provided was an old tracking site, however rest assured that it's only a usable tracking system to check parcel update not something that offers the wrong info. So long as you see tracking info via YH24050301559SZ, the parcel is being sent out. https://t.17track.net/en#nums= is the alternative tracking siet if you don't like the previous one.

3) "Gift card and interception"
The gift card presented to you only served as a token of apology and compensation for the time waiting and the possible inconvenience it might cause. The operation of interception, which the CSR didn't succeed, was made because of your request for a full refund --- to issue the refund as you requested we need to intercept the parcel and get it back so that we can refund you the money.

4) “shipping information sent to USPS.”
All the info you saw on the tracking site is the latest update the carrier provided while they deliver the parcel throught their network. Please know that the USPS tracking number is also the tracking numer of your parcel -- it is called Last Mile tracking number. It was formed because USPS will take over the parcel and proceed with the delivery. But it takes a little while until the USPS receives the parcel so the last mile tracking number might not show update so soon. You will see the update on USPS tracking site once USPS receives and continues to deliver the parcel.

After the parcel is shipped, the waiting for delivery normally ranges from one week to three weeks. So long as the update keeps being offered, the parcel is on its way to your address.


All in all, we apologize for the possible inconvenien and doubts caused by the slow delivery. We have documented your review to offer feedbacks to the relevant team.

Long wait and weird tracking

I placed my order April 14th and still haven’t received it (May 4). I completely understand the high volume this company may experience - as I’m not rating it 2 stars solely for the wait (I’m a patient person). On top of the long wait, the tracking website is very suspicious. It says it arrived at a distribution center on May 5th while I’m writing my review on May 4th… Super weird and I really hope at the end of the day I get my item. I’m scared to see what a refund process would be like …just be careful ordering from this website!

Bad experience

Slow response. The goods are not in stock (my guess: they don't exist). They charge you before shipping. When requesting to cancel the order, the money took forever to come back in, and only after insisting by email.

Zero customer service

I sent an email to your customer service rep and didn’t get an answer, so I decided to send another email thru Instagram DM, but still didn’t get an answer.

Be ware of the refund policy Doesn't exist

Be ware of the refund (or lack thereof, Policy) I would also put a zero if I could. Ordered a dress that was more like a blouse for a tall girl. They asked that we take a picture to help them improve their products. What?????? It should have been a simply refund. Then they said we would have to pay for shipping and that if we didn't want to do that we would be refunded 1/3 of what we paid. Worst refund policy.

Lange Lieferzeit, jedoch guter Kunden Support

Ich hatte Anfang April bestellt und nach drei Wochen immer noch keine Bestellbestätigung obwohl ich per Paypal bezahlt hatte. Nachdem ich hier einige Reviews laß, wurde ich unsicher und kontaktierte die Seite über E-Mail und Instagram. Zu meinem Erstaunen bekam ich sehr schnell eine Antwort und meine Lieferung (zumindest der eine Teil) kam einen Tag später an. Die Sachen sehen super schön aus und sitzen auch gut.
Nun warte ich noch auf den zweiten Teil der Bestellung.
Wenn die Bestellbestätigung mit dem Tracking Code gleich nach dem Kauf käme ohne darauf drei Wochen warten zu müssen würde ich 4 Sterne geben. Womit man also zu rechnen hat ist eine lange Warte Zeit da die Ware aus China kommt. An dem Kunden Support muss man jedoch ein Lob aussprechen

This is not a trusted website I have…

This is not a trusted website I have tried tracking my order however no way of tracking it, I ordered nearly a month ago now and no sign of anything I spent over £100 on these clothes in time for a holiday I’m going on and I don’t believe these clothes are going to turn up, nobody replied to my email regarding a full refund feel like I’ve spent £129 worth of clothes on nothing!!!

If I could I would give 0!!

If I could I would give 0!!! Please don't order from this scamming company save yourself a headache , i wish I researched more about this company before I ordered !! Placed an order 10 days ago for an event , order hasn't even been processed asked for a cancellation and refund got a reply asking me to "consider keeping my outfits for future occasions and when these outfits become available in the warehouse they will be shipped out " like whattttttt !!! These wasn't pre ordered outfits ???What kinda company operates like this ?? Most unprofessional company ever ! Now they not responding to my emails for the past couple days or Facebook messages !

Didn’t have high hopes going into the purchase with the reviews but wanted to give it a shot to see if maybe I would be pleasantly surprised but nope. Placed order on 02/22 and still waiting on 2 items. Reached out via Facebook and they said it would be shipped by the end of April, End of April and nothing. Reached out again and they said now it will be mid May which I need the items for an event. I even switched one of the items out so it would be shipped faster but nothing. So they take your money and then never ship the products. It’s a waste of time and money. Definitely don’t purchase if you have a time constraint.
