erstmal danke für deine Bewertung, ich werde mal stück für stück darauf eingehen.

Antwort: Wir haben eine Interne Statistik und können dort sehr gut einsehen das es bis dato noch nie auch nur eine Premium Submission gab welche nicht innerhalb von 48h bearbeitet wurde.

Wir haben extra ein tutorial in userer Seite eingebunden, wenn Sie sich allerdings nicht an die Guidelines der stores halten dauert es natürlich länger da wir anfragen zur Korrektur senden.

Zum Thema Englisch; unsere Support mitarbeiter sind Muttersprachler und sprechen einwandfreies Englisch.

Antwort, also erstmal besitzen wir keine funktionen für Rezesionen oder Updates, was genau meinen Sie damit?

Das Bearbeiter der Informationen ist problemlos möglich solange unser Team dein Album in den Status "Need edit" stellt.

Zitat:"Außerdem habe ich meinen Song auf YouTube hochgeladen, wo ein Urheberrechtsanspruch geltend gemacht wurde. Was passiert? Der Song wird entfernt und mein Konto wird gesperrt (Ich habe die vollen Rechte an diesem Song!)"

Der Fehler liegt hier leider auf Ihrer Seite. Wenn Sie Musik bei uns einreichen und es an Content ID senden, wird automatisch der Song überall geclaimt (Bitte Informieren was YouTube Content ID bedeutet).

Wir haben bezüglich deiner Musik mehrere Copyright claims erhalten, dadurch sind wir gezwungen deine Musik offline zu nehmen.

Wir nehmen die Rechte der Künstler sehr ernst und tolerieren keinerlei Copyright verstoße.

Zusätzlich sind wir haftbar sollten wir diese Musik dann nicht offline nehmen.

Editing the information is possible without any problems as long as our team puts your album in the status "Need edit".

Unfortunately, the error here is on your side. If you submit music to us and send it to Content ID, the song will automatically be claimed everywhere (please inform what YouTube Content ID means).

We take the rights of the artists very seriously and do not tolerate any copyright violations.

Hello Andrea,

we are very sorry for this misleading.

We should change the text on our website, sorry for this!

But here is the good news; YouTube Content ID is automatically included in all plans (even tho it says no Content ID).

So as long as you select YouTube from store's list, your music will be provided to Content ID.
