Slow constant edits coming back after week of waiting been trying to do a simple upload for 2 weeks ready for valentines now going to find another site

they clearly guarantee distribution within 2 weeks at the latest - more than 3 weeks and my music is not out yet several days after telling them about it, and on top of it condescending and futile support, DO NOT USE

Hi, my SIngo account is banned for no reason, i just released one single since 6month today i had royalties reports but i never receive any payment, in the name of you guys have issues with payouts. today you banned my account with over 2,580 usd of royalties reports and 2month of delay of other royalty that has not been reported you Guys are theft. I'll make videos to expose you guys. i saw many reviews like this but i din't take precautions, Guys do not use Singo! never they are thief's, Scammers. I never receive a penny from all the report revenue they are thief and today they banned my account for no reason. i even tried to contact by mail several time and they do not respond, i created a new account to use their chat system to complain thinking it was an error but they did not reply. whereas they usually reply fast. this just certify and prove that there are just scammers, i don't know why this platform keep up running up

Update!!! singo Unbanned my account and then Re banned it few weeks later!!
Hi, few days after making this review singo unbanned my account, but still till date hasn't paid my royalties, i recently checked my account on 11-15-2022 and i found that they reported new royalties, i submitted a withdrawal one more but 2 weeks later still pending with the previous request, i contacted singo team i they gave me the same respond they gave me 9 months ago, and few days later one more for no reason they re banned my account, i mean guy stay away from singo, don't distribute there and they won't delete your song from their platform they are making money out of it

Vertrieb innert 48h im Premium Paket, funktioniert nicht! Releases dauerten bis 3 Monate, oder sind nie gekommen. Beantragungen von Payouts werden nie ausgeführt und nun steht seit 3 Monaten "Pending"... Support kann man nicht gebrauchen, Deutsche Firma aber Support irgendwo im Ausland, Englisch des Supports ist sehr brüchig und Verständigungen sind damit Praktisch unmöglich.

Warum aber soviel Positive Bewertungen? Naja ganz einfach, bei Gewinnspielen kann man 200$ gewinnen wenn man sie hier mit 5 Sterne bewertet und ihnen ein Screenshot zukommen lässt. Praktisch gekaufte Bewertungen...

Lasst von dieser Abzocke die Finger und veröffentlicht eure Musik auf cdBaby, Distrokid, usw.

I asked them to close my account 9months ago.today ey took my €20 and i was surprised because i moved on long time ago to distrokid.

I dont recommend this ...and i still want my account closed please can anyone help me get out of this hell hole

Wir sind eine kleine Band die nun ihr erstes Album veröffentlichen wollen. Dafür wollten wir gute Distributoren! Also hatten wir den Test erstmal mit einer Single gemacht. Nun gut, damit es schneller geht und wir 24/7 Support haben, direkt mal die Premium Version gekauft kurz gesagt im Verhältnis viel Geld ausgegeben! Warum? Naja, wir wollten kleine Unternehmen unterstützen und nicht die Großen Player wie Distrokid usw.

Ihr 24/7 Support stellte sich als alle 8 Stunden eine Nachricht raus, diese dann in gebrochenem Englisch. Ihr könnt euch vorstellen wie schwer es ist ein Anliegen mit von beiden Seiten bedingtem Englisch klarzumachen und das mit einer Nachricht alle 8 Stunden......Wenn denn überhaupt was zurück kommt!

Versteht mich nicht falsch, ich weiß wie schwer es ist 24/7 Support anzubieten aber wenn man diesen nicht leisten kann, kann man kein Geld dafür verlangen!

Trotz dessen, sie machen was sie sollen! Das (im vergleich zu Hypnotic und Distrokid) sehr langsam aber sie tun was sie müssen!
