I pay abonament as a beginner ,Premium abonament 15 euro and than I stop after one day because I find out it is no place for me and today they took 320 euro from my accounts

Follow up.... I have spent 2 days and many emails to cancel , all to no result.
I also notice the same people turn up in a new remote locations every couple of days.
Still not cancelled after 3 days after receiving email saying they would, Also I see a "Suzzy" has moved from Richmond Tas To Bute SA and then To West coast of WA, All remote areas . They sure do not look at a Map. If you watch their site, this happens a lot. I do wonder if there is ANY real people ?I received an email stating that they would cancel my account from 11th /7/24 and have not done that. also stating that they do not have any details on me, Have did I get account without details,

Scam. false profils. becareful for ur bank account

Went to the Singles50 website and clicked the Sign Up Now button for FREE. When I met my adviser at the bank we went through my transaction account and by pure coincidence we saw that Singles50 had withdrawn 250 euros from my bank account. Pure theft. They must have used my email address which is linked to my Google Play Store and thus the debit card. Completely without my knowledge and permission. Panicked and tried to log into my account on Singles50 but then I got the message that I had to pay approx. 300 euros. to access my account. They made me a premium member without my permission and knowledge as well. Never made a card purchase with Singles50 so how can they withdraw money from my bank account. Probably by email address. Now it has ended up with a Swedish debt collection agency. And they demand me about 300 euros. Disgraceful and absolutely sick. Whatever you do, don't press the Sign Up Now button for FREE. It can cost you a lot of money and trouble. /David

Una stella perché 0 non si può, NON VI ISCRIVETE sito ruba soldi, mi hanno fatto scrivere dallo studio di un avvocato per recuperare soldi di un abbonamento mai sottoscritto, ho chiesto le prove dell’accettazione da parte mia dell’iscrizione a premium e mi hanno fornito solo un pdf come se non sapesse chiunque che un pdf non è una prova valida, ho chiesto inoltro della copia della mail che dicono di avermi mandato e non mi hanno inviato niente, ho chiesto copia della mia mail di risposta che dicono di aver ricevuto e non mi hanno mandato niente, giocano sul fatto che le persone non spenderebbero soldi in uno studio legale per dar battaglia per 70 o 100 euro e così intascano abbonamenti mai richiesti… sono stata iscritta per un po’ alla versione base e quando ho deciso di cancellarmi non è stat possibile, i link per cancellare l’account non funzionano, esce un messaggio che dice di contattare l’assistenza ma l’assistenzanon risponde, il fax non riceve … SE TI ISCRIVI NON TI PUOI CANCELLARE E TI FANNO PAGARE ABBONAMENTI MAI RICHIESTI!!!!

DATO CHE NON SO COME RISPODERE AL COMMENTO DI SINGLE50 faccio questa modifica alla mia recensioneper comunicare a single 50 che il mio account non esiste pi perché dopo una serie di recensioni negative finalmente mi hanno contattato e sono riuscita ad eliminare l’account. Quindi posso confermare che la mail dell’account era questa anche se adesso risulta cessata, ma mi sta scrivendo uno studio di avvocati dalla Puglia minacciando di fare in ingiunzione per il pagamento di un abbonament che io non ho sottoscritto e che non ho neanche usato. Se SINGLE 50 vuole contattarmi può scrivermi direttamente. Confermo la mia recensione !

Nothing but a scam try and cancel your membership.... the deletion options don't work, emailing them doesn't work. it's a scam don't do it.
this is illegal under NZ consumer law

For en svindelside, ikke går det ann å slette konto, og ikke svarer de på epost. Styr unna. Bare fult av falske profiler som har som formål å svindle.

They will trick you into joining by offering a cheap 6 month subscription and if you haven’t cancelled your membership before the 6 months is up they will, without any notification at all slap a charge of over $400 on your credit card and absolutely refuse to pay a refund.
This site is nothing more than a scam and complete waste of money. So STAY AWAY..................

For some reason I can't reply to directly so hopefully you'll read this.
Yes I got a refund but it was only for half the price that your site stole from my credit card, so as far as I'm concerned you still owe me another $215.
I only got the refund after 2 months of emailing your site everyday telling them that they had broken NZ's international trading laws for dating websites, which is something I have absolutely no idea about so yes I lied to get a partial refund, otherwise your website would've taken my money and run.
You can say whatever you like to defend them and you will never ever get me to change my opinion of your website.
They nothing better than common criminals and should be banned from both New Zealand and Australia and pretty much the whole of the south pacific.

J'ai essayé l'abonnement 1 mois sans recevoir une confirmation de paiement. J'ai vu le débit de renouvelelment sur ma carte. J'ai écrit le même jour pour demander l'annulaton.
Je suis une personne très precautioneuse, les délais je ne laisse pas passer.

Comment savoir si l'on recoit aucun e-mail de confirmaiton de paiement.

J'ai annulé de suite mon profit pour plus être débitée.

Hm ? Går det an å gi 0 stjerner ? Dette lukter svindel. Jeg har registrert meg som jo er gratis for lang tid siden. Det reklameres med at det er gratis. Når jeg da oppdager at de krever penger så hopper en av. Jeg har ikke fått eller mottatt noen tjenester eller forbindelser gjennom disse svindlerne , ingenting. Om en registrerer seg som jo er gratis, så kan en ikke kreve penger av noen uten at begge parter er fullt innforstått med dette. Uansett om en part ikke vet, så kan ikke noen forsyne seg , spesielt når kunden har fått gratis registrering , ikke motatt noe eller brukt noen av Single50 sine tjenester. Det kalles svindel og bedrag om noen alikevel forsøker å stjele fra brukere. Jeg fikk et krav på 690 euro.

Jag känner mig jätte besviken på Singles50. Vilket lät oseriöst och bedrägeri. Nu har dem kommit med ett hotbrev från THEMYS &DYKE på 656 Euro met ultimatum 2024-04-08 dock har jag fått brevet 2024-04-12!!?
Har någon tips omtag ska betala innan jag vänder mig till konsumentverket?

I am angry with Singles50
I feel very disappointed with Singles50. I bought a membership, was dissatisfied, then tried to cancel my subscription, which was stated to be 14 days, and I did it 17 days before the end date. However, later I was told that the cancellation period for that offer was actually 4 weeks!! Which sounded unprofessional and like a scam. Now they have sent me a threatening letter from THEMYS & DYKE demanding 656 Euros with an ultimatum for 2024-04-08, but I received the letter on 2024-04-12!!? Does anyone have any advice on whether I should pay before contacting the consumer agency?
