Stylish and functional
I was looking to replace my 'swim bag' because it was losing shape and the straps were not supportive. I have come late to swimming and this bag has ticked all the boxes - its supportive, roomy and stylish. It is packed up ready for me to walk to and from swimming and holds all the gear I need. The only extra would be smaller pockets inside the bag as its a long reach down for my glasses case and comb!

Can't trust stock levels or dispatch notification
Ordered a swimming fin for a last minute holiday so paid extra for next day shipping. Received a dispatch notification the next day to say the item had been shipped with tracking number included and then received a message to call them towards the end of the day. After several attempts at phoning back and held in call centre queue without success (they hang you up after each 5 minute wait) we are now in the next day and I find out they never had the item in stock and a dispatch notification does not, in fact, mean the item dispatched but only a label was printed... Disappointed to say the least. Would not use again. Stock levels cannot be trusted and internal communication clearly needs work as dispatch notifications are meaningless.

We understand its frustrating when stock levels are inaccurate and we work hard to ensure our website reflects the exact quantity that we have in our warehouse, on this occasion we have had a stock discrepancy due to the popularity of the item you had ordered and we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Labels are printed then the items are picked and packed, ready to be dispatched that same day. When errors in stock occur we endeavour to get in contact as soon as we recognise that we do not have the item available, we would like to assure you that every effort was made to contact you to offer an alternative, or process a refund.
