This company is magic! Me and my partner both have bad credit.. high street banks would not touch us.. and the first mortgage lender quoted us £40,000 deposit! We thought we had no hope until we contacted simply lending.. they made everything seem so easy from start to finish.. which did not take long! Matt and Kerry was both excellent and helped us to finally secure a mortgage on a lovely home! Could not thank them enough couldn't believe how simply and straightforward this was coming from having no hope! Thank you! 🙂

I first dealt with Lewis, who was absolutely amazing. He explained everything clearly, answered every question without making me feel rushed, and gave me confidence right away that I was in good hands.
