Having had a difficult experience with another mortgage broker prior to going with Simply Lending, we were immediately impressed with diligence and effort that both Mickey and Lauren went to to get our mortgage offer over the line, at a time where we’d almost lost hope! Dealt with John and Louise and can’t fault the service. Was not massively optimistic about our chances yet was given a DIP on a really great rate. Sadly the lender took 6 weeks and then declined but they quickly worked to find us another deal and we now have a mortgage offer. I was kept updated and really can’t fault them. Everyone I spoke to at Simply Lending was friendly and professional.

This is the third time we've used Simply, and we would never use anyone else. Selling our home and finding a new one this time was a long journey, with lots of different factors changing things along the way. Through every twist, Dan was quick to respond, clear in his advice and genuinely a pleasure to deal with.

My experience wasn’t the most straightforward. Unfortunately, my first property purchase fell through due to issues outside of my control, which meant having to start the property search and mortgage process all over again. What really stood out was how Jamie and Abby handled the situation. They were incredibly understanding, reassuring and proactive, helping me navigate the challenges and supporting me through the process of securing a mortgage for a second property.

Throughout the entire experience, their communication was excellent. They were always approachable, knowledgeable and, most importantly, honest. They explained the different mortgage options clearly, talked me through the financial implications and provided realistic advice rather than simply telling me what I wanted to hear. I always felt that they genuinely had my best interests at heart.

Buying a property can be stressful, particularly when things don’t go to plan, but having people who are patient, supportive and willing to go that extra mile makes such a difference.

I’ve now received my mortgage offer, and I genuinely couldn’t be more grateful for everything they’ve done to help me get to this stage.

Dan and Farrah were amazing throughout, I had previously been rejected for a mortgage using a different free broker. I phoned simply lending and spoke to Dan and explained my circumstances. He put me at ease immediately and told me he was confident that he knew the right lender. After he had obtained all information h needed from me my case was passed to Farrah to make the application, She was excellent I couldn't believe the speed from applying to to receiving my mortgage offer.

I've seen some reviews mention the price, I was told the exact price my fee would be on the first call and when it was expected to be paid. All I can say is its worth the fee.
