Tried harsher coloring solutions before in the past but they make a mess of my bathroom sink. Simpler makes coloring my hair a lot simpler and I don't even have to put on gloves if I don't want to as I can clean my sink and hands easily! Keep up the good work, TEAM!!!

From customer service to the hair color for men, I’ve been 100% satisfied. I used dark brown and have played around with time on my hair to where 50 minutes is the zone I need to be in. It last a long time especially for my grey sideburns. Finally found a product that is excellent!!

I had been interested in purchasing products from Simpler Hair Color, but had some questions that needed to be addressed before I could make a purchase. I sent them two separate emails requesting information, but they never, ever responded. This proves that Simpler Hair Color is only interested in selling products but NOT in helping customers. The company is free to claim that they answered my emails, but that is not true. In addition, I receive at least five marketing emails every day from Simpler Hair Color, but the company can't even take three minutes and answer a simple email. Very, very sad.

I made a purchase 10 days ago and ever since have been trying to contact them without success! Not once after sending them 5 emails have they bothered to respond to me ! They soon took my money didn’t they but there customer service is worse than poor .. I have no faith in them .

NB* Honestly what a load of tosh! I’m sorry to say but I have zero emails off you in my spam (I have gone through forensically) and there is nothing . So please tell the truth .

I had a defective "Brown Black" can of Simpler Hair Color that did not have enough dye in it, and for that I needed a replacement. Therefore, I reached out to support team asking for a replacement. I received an auto response with how-to-use steps. However, that wasn't my issue. Even when Bea and Bryan stepped in, upon follow up, they weren't helpful. They came up with questions, that I responded, and I didn't hear from them again. Therefore, I reached out to the founder, Snehal, on this, there was no response there as well.
I won't be buying from this company again.

it is too expensive for what it offers, better go with another options even that product is good but not worth the price!

I’ve been using many high-end products over the years and dread every experience. I hate mixing. I hate the smell and sometimes not happy with the results. I’m a woman and was intrigued by the advertisements for men for this product. I know they catered to women now also but I decided to give it a try. Absolutely love how there’s no waste, it’s already pre-mixed, and it really does not wash out - I’m hooked.

I'm completely satisfied on how easy the color could be applied without causing a mess. The product is gentle enough that it does not irritate my skin. The quality of product is to my satisfaction.

Once I got the timing right, about 10 minutes for me, the color came out looking very natural. I used the partial coverage. No staining, no irritation, great all around.

This product is pretty easy to use. You need to be sure you put pressure right in the center of the dispenser button so that it comes out evenly. Sometimes I dispense it into a little disposable cup and then mix it together. Comes with a brush, Vaseline to cover your forehead so that it doesn't stain, and some gloves. I think it's a pretty good deal for the price. I'm definitely reordering!

Worst customer service ever. Stay away from these scammers

This is an expensive product. The bottle almost always clogs and customer service is almost no existent.

Can’t figure out my address after ordering for or 5 times
Send out without my suite number and send back without trying to contact
They use DHS which is a terrible delivery company
In this day and age how can they not call to contact and ask clarification
It’s been 2 or 3 weeks and now they are asking for address clarification

I have been using this product for a few years. This is definitely a game changer, I have nothing but A1 customer support/service. No issues with whatsoever. Just wish they gave a military discount “hint “, Nevertheless the product is excellent for my beard “yes” my beard won’t use any other product.

This is a good product but the customer service has been terrible. I sent 6 emails to the company when my order did not arrive (over a month ago and still absent). I understand things can happen with shipping but their "Customer Happiness" team (ha) ignored all of my contacts. Further, I sent a message to the founder via Linkedin and my message was declined.

Excellent product. Easy application..color lasts..no rotten odor or skin irritation ..done in 8 to 10 minutes.. let some grey peek through....then just shower off..best color product on the market

I saw your ads even here in Germany on my social media and decided to give it a try.
It took some time to ship my order to me and after three weeks I first became unsure if this is serious. But then, finally, after four weeks of shipping I received my full set and gave my head immediately a look that´s like 10 to 15 years back in time.
It´s been so easy to use and the effect is just a "WOW"...!!!!
I will sure go on using it and I can without hesitation recommend this product for everybody who wants to get a younger, fresher look.
