The website has advertised free shipping yet I was charged it! I have emailed twice to the customer service team and have been ignored!
False advertising and very poor customer service!

I just used the product for the first time yesterday, and I loved it!!! Easy to use.
The most important thing to me is being able to reuse it rather than buy it every time.

My grays grow every week, and sometimes I need a little bit of product, not that much. So this was the perfect solution for me.

Yeah I'm really happy with how it turned out. I previously used Just For Men but after a while it was itching the hell out of me and burning my face off for like a week after using it. I have sensitive skin apparently. This new stuff is still slightly itchy for like a day or two, but no where near the other stuff, and not burny, scabbing me up, flaking my skin off, making my beard hairs fall out. Like 99% improvement. The color is better too, looks more natural. People were telling me the other stuff looked like it was painted on. Yeah I plan on using this indefinitely moving forward. It's more expensive but totally worth it. Great product, thanks for existing.

followed the instructions to the letter—application, timeline, and technique—and after four separate attempts, this product completely failed to color my beard.
I even went as far as watching YouTube tutorials to ensure I wasn't missing a "trick," but the results remained the same: uneven coverage and zero staying power. For a product that claims to be "natural," it has a remarkably strong chemical smell that contradicts the marketing.
The Reality Check:
• Stubborn Hair: This formula is clearly too weak for coarse beard hair. It sits on the surface and washes right off.
• Inconsistent Application: Despite careful work, the finish is patchy and unprofessional.
• Deceptive Marketing: Don't let the "natural" branding fool you; the odor is harsh, and the performance is non-existent.
I gave this product every chance to work. If you have a standard, coarse beard, save your time and your money. This is an over-hyped product that simply does not perform as advertised. Don’t buy the Instagram hype

I had grown my beard out for five months and did not like how much of the hair was white/gray, unpigmented. I decided to try this product on my hair and beard. The product changed the texture of my hair shiny and smooth. While this is fine for head hair, it does not work for a beard you intend to grow out. I had to shave and start growing beard out again. I was afraid something like this might happen. Do NOT use on longer beards or if you intend to grow it out.

I have been wanting to dye my beard for years and nothing worked. I finally found something that works well and doesn’t smell of chemicals. Very pleased!

3 out of the last 4 bottles have been almost all white crème (developer?) and almost no medium brown dye. Today was bottle 4, again mostly just white coming out of the nozzle. Timed 35 minutes developing. End results - left my beard with just a few dark patches dyed. Still not quite dark enough on that 20% of my beard surface. The rest all grey. I’ll try a second coat on the 80%. But at this rate, I’ll only get 2-3 beard dyes out of a bottle. And I don’t have a large beard at all. Trimmed pretty tight to my face. Not long beard hairs. Any suggestions? I’ve had about 10 bottles so far. (The first 5-6 bottles were close to perfect. But then 3 of the last 4 were defective. Did something happen to your manufacturing process?)

It does not the chemical which causes many people irritation. Obviously that is the main reason many people come to this product the mainstream die a PPD in it. So that’s the main advantage of this and also you can have several application from the can.
The negatives are at it is quite messy compared with other chemical beard dye. You have to wipe the access.

The product didn't work for me (allergies), but the experience was nothing short of stellar due to customer service and the quality of the product. The box, the presentation, the obvious thought and care put into the design, the instructions, and even the velvet-like bag enclosing the dye - all made me feel valued. I did a patch test as directed because of a PPD allergy (they don't use PPD, but it's possible to react to their replacement, TDS), and I did react badly. I texted their customer service number and had a warm, sympathetic reply within MINUTES. Full refund, no need to return. I am very satisfied, just wish the product had worked for me. I would've been a lifelong customer.

worst customer service they are a bunch of scams, i ordered one beard dye and was not enough color inside, after writing to them several times they reply with standard messages ( oh we are sorry for your bad experience please contact us and they shits like this.. ) and they never reply even if you write one million messages... Shitt indian owner

This product does not deliver on anything that it claims in its ads, it does not cover the white hair after following all their instructions. I would advise you to read the fine print. This dye has more than a dozen ingredients and they call it simpler. I would not recommend you to buy this overpriced product that does not get the job done.

Decent product but seem incapable of delivering by the estimated date meaning I’ve twice had to spend extra money on other products

So I’ve been using the hair coloring for years. I recently tried the stick. Talk about easy! It’s the best product yet! I’ve done business with Simpler for 15+ years and will never trust another product on the market. Always taking care of the customer is priority number one. You ‘feel’ that. Superb products and fair market price. Most of all a great results.

Canadian site showed prices without clearly indicating USD. Company refused to honor the displayed price, cancelled my order, and closed my account instead. Disappointing way to treat a loyal customer. There prefer to loose a client with a subscription than a couple of the dollars.

Simpler’s prices are the number one cause of depression in my life. I feel trapped but have no option other than paying the disgusting price per bottle. Evil evil company

Easy to use. There's minimal mess. A convenient accessory bag with gloves and comb. Excellent system lets you gradually color your hair and or beard . Dial in the exact color shade. Simply wash out at desired color. Highly recommend.

Easiest way to dye your hair. The color looks good and is permanent. I will use again and again!

Simpler hair color is easy to use, and it does not leave my hair looking blue like other products. Another great thing is that it does not stain the skin around my face.

The partial gray is the best on the market. Only thing is depending on the person you do need to leave it in longer to get results. 20 min works best for me & I still have some gray. 5 minutes is not close to enough time, but great product & lasts weeks.
