What can I say!? Tom and Connor have installed a new boiler and radiators today (plus new plumbing where had no radiator) Not only are they super polite, they have done a very tidy job and they certainly graft! Could not recommend them enough.

Staff caused damage to my property and are refusing to fix it. Just prior to leaving took chunks out of my kitchen cabinets, put hole in the pipes under the sink then proceeded to cover my cupboard and worktop in silicone in an attempt to hide the damage, damaged a filing cabinet when standing on it instead of using the ladder provided. Left a huge hole in the side of my house, they were neither willing to inform us of, nor reinstate until we repeatedly rang the company for answers- they left it week and then sent some cowboy to do a disgracefully botched job, who never contacted anyone at the property! Then have proceeded to leave heaps of rubbish in my front garden, after promising for weeks ‘my mate will come get it’! Never mind the unwarranted and intimidating phone calls from staff who spoke to my partner disgracefully! My advice would be don’t use this company, not an ounce of decency, professionalism nor respect in any of the staff I’ve had the misery and misfortune of dealing with.

New boiler professionally fitted no problems. Left a big hole in the outside wall and expect us to wait a week for someone to come out and brick it up. Chipped my partners brand new kitchen cupboard door, stood on her brand new filing cabinet to make a hole in the ceiling and dented it. Service was great but the aftercare needs improvement.

Tom and Connor were very professional and friendly they worked exceptionally hard over the 2 days they were here and i would highly recommend this company and Tom and Connor.

Tom & Connor from Simple heating installed central heating in my home, they were both lovely, I cannot fault their work, they worked so hard, & did a fantastic job. I would definitely have them back given the chance to do more work for me, they were both trust worthy, respectful, reliable & hard working, taking pride in their work. 10/10 from me. Hi from Birmingham! We had a new boiler and radiators put in last week by Tom and Conner. Great guys and punctual too, especially with the travel time needed. Minimum disruption and plenty of care given to our home. Both very helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend these two guys!

Tom and Connor Arrived on time really good team . Felt comfortable with them in my home really nice guys
Done a great job putting new boiler and radiators, the work was completed in good time .
Explained the correct pressure needed and showed me how to put pressure up if ever needed .
The new thermostat and control setting are wireless and can be put in any rooms in the House.
Overall I was 💯 happy with instalation of boiler and radiators.

Simple Heating, Liverpool, installed a new free gas boiler. The service was impeccable. They handled all the paperwork, contacted me as soon as the installation funding was approved and fixed a new gas boiler within a few days. There were teething problems, but as soon as I voiced my concerns, they sent a qualified person straightaway(over a 2 hour journey) to make adjustments. I was impressed that the company not only fitted the boiler but rebuilt cupboards, cleared all debris, and ensured my home was back to normal after the upheaval. Everyone was friendly and helpful and, importantly, attended to my concerns positively and immediately! Keep up the good work.

Had a new Ideal Combi C30 gas boiler fitted on 28th March 2024. Two installers, Tom an Connor arrived on the day arranged and on time. They were professional and friendly. If I had any questions they answered them for me. Although I was advised that the job could take one to two days they completed it in one. I would recommend them and their Company office staff also.

Incredible service. My loft needed a top up , full of stuff but the dude just moved everything to one side , got on with the job, it's now topped up and tidier than its ever been . Next day Jimmy and Dean turned up at 8.30am , worked till 7pm and fitted a full central heating system . Neat , tidy , cleaned up after themselves and a really nice pair of engineers. I can't recommend this company enough from start to finish. Professional, kept me informed of times and dates and superb quality workmanship delivered. Andy ,Liverpool

Brilliant company. My grandma recently got a central heating system installed, she was very wary in having a gas boiler but the girls in the office were very reassuring, polite and helpful. Then the lads on the install were all very respectful and tidy and helped explain everything that was being done and how to use it all. Highly recommend

I recently had an outstanding experience with Simple Heating Services. They installed a brand new boiler and radiators throughout the house, and the results were simply remarkable. The two workers, Ian and Jonjo, were not only extremely friendly but also displayed the utmost professionalism and hard work throughout the project. They completed the work in record time and to an exceptionally high standard. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend their services! Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tom & Dave (SORRY IF WRONG NAME) They went the extra mile and then did another mile. There was issues with the pipes etc but they stayed to 9pm to sort it out. Proper scousers one red and one a blue. Brilliant service by them both. Thank you thank you !
