Ich hatte viele Jahre keine Probleme.
Alle Downloads sind noch nach Jahren abrufbar.
Das Einzige ist, dass sich bei einer Neuinstallation bei älteren Programmen oftmals die Setup-Routinen oder der "Installer" geändert hat (Key auf einmal ungültig...) und dass man erstmal umständlich mit dem Support - soweit vorhanden des (meist englischsprachigen) Herstellers verhandeln muss.

Simmarket veröffentlicht nur Bewertungen die Positiv
und Verkaufsfördernd sind. Kritische Bewertungen
lässt man unter den Tisch fallen.
Das weiß ich da ich schon selbst Bewertungen
geschrieben habe, und mich hinterher geärgert habe das ehrliche
aber kritische Bewertungen geblockt werden.

Schlecht für die Kunden, die so nichts über die
Fallstricke einiger Addons erfahren.
Bei mir sind die untendurch.

I've been buying from SimMarket since 2010 and bought over 50 items without a single problem. Once set up, it's easy to pay for items and the process is simple and effective. Occasionally the information from the vendor can be less than perfect, but that's usually a translation issue. Vendors could sell more if they explained in more detail what their product aims to do and how it actually does so. It's my default store to go to and the regular deals and sales are a bonus. What could they do more of? Perhaps a loyalty scheme similar to the likes of Just Flight and, as I've already said, more clarity in describing some products...that said I think SimMarket is a brilliant way to enhance my flight sim world.

Some of the worst customer of service I have ever experienced. True enough I was missed informed regarding my issue; however, Simmarket response to my inquiry was terrible. Right off the back the had an attitude and then failed to respond to my follow-up comments and questions. Poor service all around..wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Leider absolut nicht zu empfehlen, nach mehrfacher freundlicher Nachfrage nach einer Rückerstattung einen unfreundlichen Text mit Rechtschreibfehlern erhalten. So kann man Kunden auch vergraulen. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Been purchasing from SimMarket for years now. Reliable and easy installers. The only time I ever had a problem it was resolved within hours.

Ich kaufte in Simmarket eine Scenery von UK2000.
Erhalten habe ich leider kein Download und auch kein Key (Serial).
Für mein Geld habe ich einen Link für eine Internet Seite bekommen auf der ich mich Anmelden bzw. Einloggen soll. Das Funktioniert leider nicht
und dem Shop (Simmarket) Interessiert das auch nicht mehr.
Das was hier Simmarket mit seinen Kunden macht ist eine Arglistige Täuschung. Folgendes habe ich den Leuten von Simmarket mitgeteilt.
Und ich hoffe die können sich in den Sachverhalt hineinversetzen.

Stellen Sie sich vor Sie gehen in Handel und Kaufen einen Artikel der sich in einen Karton befinden sollte, aber in diesen Karton befindet sich nur ein Schreiben, bitte melden sie
sich auf dieser Internet Seite an, und wenn sie Glück haben bekommen Sie dann ihren Artikel.

In Verbindung mit UK2000 ist das in diesen Fall genau so ihr Geschäftsmodell.

Absolutelly appaling! Over the years I have purchased numerous add-ons, the last purchase p*ssed me off very much. An obsolete add-on without any support from the developers, not working in neither FSX Steam Edition nor in Prepar3d, when I requested a refund they refused. When I opened a dispute at Paypal, they blocked my customer account, which is a big problem (although this I will pursue legally for sure) because in confirmation emails when you order something they don't sent the software installation keys, you have to log into your account to find the keys for software ordered. Beware of this store. Or at least, if you buy addons from them, check if the software makers are still around, otherwise you will be wasting money on non-working products. An expensive rip-off experience...

Definitelly is a pretty good webshop, and they have a lot of Sim related ADDons, however, the prices are damn high, compared to e.g. fspilotshop. For example: ASP4 costs 49$ at fspilotshop, but at SimMarket it costs 60€! That's about 70$! I'm really disappointed about that, and I'm also disappointed about the fact you may not get a refund, under any circumstances.. Nonetheless, it's a good shop.

je visite et achète régulièrement des scenery, avions et autre produit sur Simmarket je n'ai jamais eu de problème.
je retrouve mes achats sur le site et peu les ré-télécharger et retrouver mes codes d'installation.
j'ai aussi régulièrement des mises a jour de mes achats

Habe vor einigen tagen rex essentails via simmarket als download gekauft
die software installation funktioniert nicht und weder simmarket noch rex essentials.com können oder wollen nicht helfen.

Simmarket teilt mit dass sie nur für den verkauf zuständig seien !!

Wie dem auch sei werde ich in zukunft keine software mehr bei simmarket kaufen

This is a great site. It is fast and easy to pay and download. I can't rate about box delivery as I have only ever bought download products.

My product didnt work at all. They told me to contact DBS as made to product, but they couldnt help me. I have now contacted Simmarket again for asking for my money back....

Simmarket wont let me get my money back....
