Like all the other reviews, the product didn't work, and when I complained they refused refund and blacklisted my acct. Will be getting a refund from PayPal.
Product was the Wirebird Heli Mission pack, and Wirebird also didn't respond for customer support.

simMarket has become a place where everyone can sell products, they don‘t check for quality at all. If you know what you buy, there‘s no problem. But if you don‘t, your money‘s pretty much gone forever for a low quality product.

Their website could need a new design as well, it looks 1998ish, but yeah, I had a smooth experience at least when it comes to payment and downloads.

I had a problem with a software, but it was impossible to open a ticket. So, after more than 10 days, I opened a dispute on PayPal. At this point, Simmarket blacklisted me, asking me to close the dispute or to buy another time the software in order to restore my account. So, I’ve lost the access for all products (16) I’ve bought from Simmarket.
Stay away from Simmarket!

Keinerlei Reaktion auf Beanstandungen. Jeder Schrott wird vorbehaltslos angeboten ob er funktioniert oder nicht. Negativbewertungen kommen nicht durch und bei Forderung nach Geld zurück wird sofort pampig geantwortet. Übrigens die einzige Antwort die man erhält. NIE WIEDER !

Gekaufte Wertungen, Produkte oft mangelhaft (MSFS 2020), bei einem Refund wird eim während des Falles das gesamte Konto gesperrt. Bei ca 15 Einkäufen auf die ich jederzeit das Zugriffsrecht hätte, ein absolutes NoGo.

I would not buy anything more from simMarket. They cancel your account when requesting a refund.

Bringen jeden Schrott auf dem Markt und lassen Negative Bewertungen unter dem Tisch fallen. Ich persönlich kaufe lieber woanders.

Allow bad software, copyright infringments and blacklists people who asks for a refund. Avoid at all cost. This review probably will get me blacklisted.

do not buy anything with them, even if the supplement does not work, they do not change it for another supplement, they do not return money either because they think that if you bought and downloaded it means that you have accepted their regulations, they extort money, as you write to them, they close them immediately, not they intend to pay nothing back

Seit vielen Jahren zuverlässiger Lieferant für Flugsimulator Addons, die Käufe bleiben im System und auch nach Jahren noch downloadbar. Ist nur ein Shop, technischen Support zu den Addons gibt es bei den jeweiligen Addon-Herstellern, das geht auch nicht anders. Ein dysfunktionales Addon wurde mir - nach etwas Hin-und-Her, gutgeschrieben.

Bei der Accounterstellung kommen keine Validierungsmails (auch nicht im Spam-Ordner) und wenn man deswegen den Support anschreiben möchte, dann braucht man dafür einen Account.... Nicht wirklich vertrauenswürdig diese Seite und scheinbar wollen sie nicht mein Geld.

the experience whit sim market is garbage the customer service is just a stupid bot i never got a reply they don't give information about the installing and if you have a problrm no wone is there to help guys please don't buy there i've just trown 30 bucks in the toilet

Bei mir hat alles bisher super geklappt und ich kann die Seite empfehlen.

I preordered MSFS box edition from Simmarket. Two weeks after release no sign of the product, so I contacted Simmarket and they said Aerosoft was handling everything. I emailed Aerosoft and they said shipping would happen “sometime”. I tried to get them to commit to at least a shipping estimate, and finally told them that either refund me or I will file a dispute with my credit card company…..then silence from Aerosoft. I filed the dispute, and now Simmarket will not let me into my account. Good luck everyone!

Ich habe bei SimMarket ein falsches Produkt gekauft, welches leider nicht für meine Simulator-Version kompatibel war.

Die Mitarbeiter von SimMarket haben sich Zeit genommen und mich über meinen Fehler aufgeklärt.

Nach langem Hin- und Her war SimMarket aber nicht dazu bereit, den Betrag zu erstatten, bzw. alternativ einen Gutschein auszustellen. Auch einen Umtausch lehnte SimMarket ab.

PS: Kauf und der Versuch der Reklamation spielte sich innerhalb weniger Minuten ab, da ich das Produkt nicht installieren konnte.

Leider kann man keine Minussterne vergeben, Simmarket hätte sie im vollen Umfang verdient! Ich habe dort ein Add-On für meinen FSX per Sofortdownload erworben. Leider funktioniert das Flugzeug nicht, "Das Modell kann nicht angezeigt werden" ist die Fehlermeldung. Support durch Simmarket- in keinster Weise! Man verweist auf den Entwickler der Software, man selbst ist nur "Verkaufsplattform" und für technische Probleme nicht zuständig. Das Geld einkassieren und den Kunden mit seinen Probleme alleine lassen! Für mich ist das ein grenzwertiges Vorgehen!
