Good for PPC managers
Similarweb is a great tool for performing keyword research for new campaigns, as well as research for display campaigns. It gives all the info you need to gauge if a campaign idea will be successful, and also gives visibility on competitors ads. This tool is useful for those working in PPC, I would love some paid social features to be added next!

Nobody answered my ticket email and even though I canceled my trial, they proceed with the payment.
I emailed them so many times in the hours after the payment but nobody answered and I didn't have a refund

Les données de trafic dans Google Analytics sont significativement différentes de celles de Similarweb (du simple au double) et j'aimerais avoir un contact pour être sûre de l'interprétation, mais aucun moyen d'entrer en contact avec eux. Les rares propositions de contact conduisent à des pages d'erreur ou le lien n'est pas actif.

Some things should just be left alone when they work ok. Since NP purchased this company, it is just not worth wasting your time.
Too many filters to get to search and once you spend minutes through this the site never works.

They show no concern and fail to take responsibility for resolving the issue
I spent over $5000 on social media to increase traffic as reported on Similarweb over the last three months. However, after they changed their system on July 28, only one-fifth of the traffic is now visible on Similarweb. This change has effectively caused a loss of over $4000, as I relied on Similarweb data. Additionally, the platform now also shows inaccurate traffic data for GA4. Previously, I used Similarweb to gauge the reliability of websites by checking their traffic. Since July 28, Similarweb's traffic data, including its GA4 data, has become unreliable. Despite these significant issues, which have resulted in substantial financial losses and loss of customer trust, they show no concern and fail to take responsibility for resolving the issue.
This is not fair at all.

Unable tp purchase this service
I'm interested in using this service, You can't contact anyone. I'm locked into a limited version, I have the ability to upgrade and pay but whenever you make a big ticket purchase, you'd like to think you could clarify the finer points of the product you're buying ( I'm only interested in UK data), I've sent a request intimating I'm ready to buy, no response. Also worryingly I cant access my own data, I can't sign out or manage my account.

Tried to register but your form would not accept my UK phone number. I've tried every format possible.
Tried to contact your support team - exact same issue" Why do you need my phone number this much at this point is beyond me!? I have clearly stated I needed help due to a technical issue NOT a sales query.
Tried to livechat/chatbot - you are not allowing me to say a word. And instead forcing to set up a call with you - no sale is ever going to be made with such a terrible CX.
