Ich besitze zwei Kunststoff Weingläser und genau nach 4 Monaten löste sich von einem Glas der Boden mit dem Magneten und das Glas fiel zu Boden. Exakt zwei Tage danach ist das gleiche mit dem zweiten Glas passiert. Zitat von Silwy: "Tut mir unglaublich leid, dass sich hier der Magnet gelöst hat. Wir sind aktuell dabei, ein neues Verfahren zu entwickeln, wo dieses Problem behoben werden sollte."
Ich kann also von den Kunststoffgläsern nur abraten, da noch kein neues Verfahren existiert und erprobt ist!
Die Gläser sind sehr teuer und das Geld nicht wert.

Wir haben uns Silwy für unseren Camper zugelegt. Die Wassergläser fühlen sich am Rand scharfkantig an und die Magnete sind so stark das man eine Mahlzeit auf dem Tellersystem nicht genießen kann da entweder Messer, Gabel oder Löffel aus Metall in der Tellermitte wg. dem Magneten unterhalb hängen bleibt! Für uns ist dies ungenügend! Zudem, maßlos überteuert

Wir haben einige Produkte von Silwy. Magnete halten nicht, Gläser fallen irgendwann herunter ... Glas extrem dünn - gehen sofort kaputt. Magnetpads "schwitzen" aus und die "Haftmasse" quillt aus und läuft unschön herunter. Die Kunstoffgläser lösen sich auf und zerkratzen innerhalb kurzer Zeit nach den reinigen. Die Kunstoffgläser werden "Blind"
Sorry, aber hier stimmt Preis und Leistung überhaupt nicht. Einzig der Reklamationsservice ist bemüht, daher zwei Sterne.

War anfänglich sehr skeptisch ob die Magnetstreifen an der Decke unseres WOMO auch wirklich halten. Mir wurde keine Garantie gegeben das es halten wird. Jetzt nach ca. 5500km durch halb Europa mit teilweise holprigen Strecken bin ich voll überzeugt das das ein SUPERPRODUKT ist. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Magnet aus Glas gelöst und runtergefallen . Habe Kontakt aufgenommen Photo mit email geschickt, leider keine Reaktion mehr auf meine e-mail,obwohl die Firma keine 10 km von mir entfernt ist , kann nur sagen besser nicht kaufen .

Die Gläser nutze ich hängend im Wohnmobil. Mit den vor einigen Jahren gekauften habe ich keine Probleme. Dieses Jahr habe ich 2 weitere sehr teure Gläser gekauft und schon beim einkleben der Pads war ich skeptisch da der neue kleber nicht überzeugt. Und siehe nach einigen Monaten bei den ersten niedrigen Temperaturen fällt das pad samt Glas runter. Ich kann nur warnen. Der kleber hält nicht lange

After having given Silwy months to handle our complaints, to which they simply stopped responding after the first two emails (which already took 2 months for them to send), we have no choice but to warn the greater public: Silwy's magnetic glasses are a BRILLIANTLY MARKETED yet overpriced GIMMICK! Contrary to what they Silwy tries to propagate, their glasses are NOT designed to last longer than regular ones.

To all the positive reviewers here, we get it: At first, when you receive their stuff and start installing it, it's easy to feel enthusiastic and excited!
But wait until you're a few months down the road if you try to use their products on a boat (for which it's clearly marketed) 🥁🥁🥁

For us, it first started with the magnets delaminating one after the other within ~6 months of daily use (we have photos). Secondly, although they are sold to be 'fall proof' due to the magnet, IF something happens and they only slightly touch something, they break. In fact, one wineglass fell onto the bed (i.e. a foam mattress) and even that was apparently too hard for the glass to survive the fall 👀

Furthermore, you need stick the nano pads onto a surface so that the magnet holds the glass in place. However, once you open the box and read their instructions, Silwy states that you cannot use the pads in the sun.... Really? On a boat? How do you imagine that? Oh wait, you probably can't, as you also showcase the glasses on their pads in the sun in your own marketing material 🫵😄

Lastly, the lids of the delicacy jars start corroding within a few weeks. The more you use them, the fast they corrode. How is that supposed to be sold as a kitchen item for a salty marine environment? Or are they just meant as decoration?

After having finally taken our (initially constructive) complaint and having seen the various photographic evidence, Silwy acknowledged the faulty products and stated that their first batches (we were early adopters) had a few design flaws. They confirmed that they would replace everything that was no longer in acceptable condition. Finally! A moment of decent customer service 👏

Plot twist: That was the last thing we ever heard from them, even after having sent them 3 reminders of the past 5 months or so. Of course, this raises the question: perhaps their "improved" versions haven't proven to be much better after all? Which of course is almost impossible if you look at their EXORBITANT pricing 🤡 Which by the way could theoretically be justified by the argument that these are meant to be a one-time purchase because they'll live longer than regular products, but in reality, that's not exactly the case, is it... So yeah, nice trick 🪄

The worst part is that during our boat's refit / restoration, we had completely designed our boat's galley and cabinetry around Silwy products: Magnetic strips all over the place (💸), custom made shelves that fit exactly 2 rows of 10 of their jars (💸💸) and even an entire glassware cabinet designed for all our Silwy glasses to hang / stick in both upright and upside down positions (💸💸💸). Yes, we know, that was foolish, but our enthusiasm about their concept had gotten the best of us 😑

So, Lisa, and the rest of the Silwy team: Thank you so much for having us spend hundreds of euros on this revolutionary product and for your phenomenal customer service. Thank you for giving us hope for improvement, letting us hanging and never live up to your commitments. And above all - thank you for cursing us with daily feelings of disappointment and frustration creeping up on us every time we're in our galley and pass our our cabinets.

We have now reached the point where we don't even want replacements anymore, because by now, we haven't only lost complete faith in your product quality (in the meantime, literally only 7 of the 30 glasses is still alive, 6 of those only because we almost never touched them), but also in your company. IF you decide not to give our money back, please find a better product from a different manufacturer to send to us instead. We trust in your creativity and decency to settle this case in an acceptable manner 🫡

First I love the product. I have never had a beverage or dish spill on my boat since I started purchasing these products. I had a minor issue and it was handled so well by customer service. I will continue to purchase. Everyone should have this product. Perfect if you have small children I. The house that knock things over. They are very strong.

Nach 1,5 Jahren ist aus meiner anfänglichen Begeisterung für die Silwy Produkte eine Ernüchterung bzw. eine Enttäuschung geworden.
Von den Weingläsern (Glas) hat es nur eines bisher überlebt. Die sind so filigran und dünn, da reicht es schon sie böse anzuschauen und die Teile zerspringen. Die Porzellan-Tassen nutze nur noch ich, meiner Frau ist es mittlerweile zu doof mit Plastiklöffeln ihren Kaffee umzurühren. Ansonsten haben wir noch die Kunststoffgläser. Bei denen wackelt teilweise der Magnet jetzt sehr stark. Weiterhin spülen wir mit einem "normalen" Spüllappen.....und trotzdem haben wir Kratzer im Kunststoff. Über die Gel-Pads mag ich gar nichts mehr schreiben. Selbst nach dem Saubermachen der Klebeseite mit Wasser halten einige der Teile nicht bei uns im Wohnmobil und fallen mit dem Magnethaken einfach ab.
Für die ganzen Probleme sind die Teile mehr als überteuert.

Nachtrag: bei einigen der Pads löst sich mittlerweile die Oberseite vom "Trägermaterial" ab-

Habe die Kunststoff Gläser gekauft ,einmal benützt und beim abtrocknen habe ich gemerkt wie Kratzer entstehen habe meinen Augen hier nicht getraut.
Nach Rücksprache mit Silwy kommt nur kann vorkommen sozusagen ich hätte hier einen Fehler gemacht ,Sie hätten hochwertige Qualität.
Naja Bilder und Produkt zeigen dies leider nicht
kann nur abraten von diesem Produkt, zu teuer für ansehen .

Super Produkte. Ich hab Echtglas ich hab Porzellan. Aber etwas was ich nicht bedacht haben, aber auch nicht erwähnt wird, aber eigentlich ja logisch ist. In der Tasse mit einem Metall Löffel umrühren ist schon doof. Das Kunststoff Besteck hab ich dann gleich auch gekauft. Aber da fehlt der kleine Löffel! Trotzdem bin ich begeistert!

Ein grosses Dank an Silwy. Ganz tolle Produkte, wir sind mehr als zufrieden. Ein grosses Lob auch an Frau Steger, die uns bei Kundendienstfällen, die wir verursacht haben, toll unterstützt hat.
