Absolute scam. Avoid at any cost. I freshly purchased and migrated to them from my old hoster. Support extremely rude and incompetent, and as bonus without warning they just deleted my account made paypal refund and gave no explanation. Luckily I just transferred so I did not yet upload new data that would be lost. Avoid at all cost. Service is pure garbage.
One month after I set up a WordPress website using their hosting service, they suddenly deleted all my content completely. I sent them a work order to inquire, and then they also blocked my account. The final reason given was that my website was infected by a virus, and they refunded my money but provided no proof. My website data was completely lost. Their attitude was extremely rude. Do not purchase any products at all.
For 6 months it was technically fine service, untill I reached out to support. My problem was with invioices coming to my mailbox today dated today and due today. Tomorrow services are blocked. So I asked to send out an invoice in advance so I had time to see and pay timely. In separate ticket I've asked if they would turn on Oversell reature on my reseller account. After this I got reply “We don’t need difficult customers”, and my service was suspended. I had plans being long time customer. Just wanted to test how support is responsive and helpful at this point.

My previous provider has been increasing their prices to over 4 times what I originally signed up for many years ago. So it was time to find a new provider. I only just signed up to their hosting service yesterday. And I only needed very basic hosting and on a tight budget. Afer my account was created, I opened a ticket requesting assistance to transing my account details from my previous host and it was done with in hours. I am happy with the service received so far, their service has exceeded my expectations. I will update my review in 3 to 6 months time after I have had more time working with them.
