Recently bought Doro C3 pro v2.
My first ergonomic chair ever. Its been close to a month only and so far love this chair. Very comfortable and I use it 6-7 hours daily no discomfort.

If any updates in future will surely update review here.

Also customer support team is great in resolving any issues.

Non mi intendo di sedie ma mi ci trovo bene sulla m18, c'è stato qualche piccolo problema con la spedizione ma l'assistenza è stata molto efficiente.

J’utilise le Sihoo Doro C300 Pro V2 depuis plusieurs jours pour du télétravail intensif. Le fauteuil est très confortable sur les longues sessions grâce au soutien lombaire dynamique et au mesh respirant. Les réglages sont nombreux et permettent d’adapter facilement la position.

Terrible delivery. Why use the worst delivery company in Scandinavia?

But their support (sihoo) has been great. Unlike the carriers they use.

This is an edit and still only have half a chair, might change it to 5 when i try the chair someday.

I emailed customer service regarding my Sihoo c300 office chair due to me breaking the backrest. I emailed to buy a replacement part as it is most definitely out of warranty after 3 years and purchased from amazon. Customer service replied within days and offered to send out a replacement backrest completely free of charge. I received it in a few days delivered by DPD and it's a perfect fix. I am delighted and very surprised with this after sale service.

Chair is okay, quality is average at best.
Reason for the 2-star is since purchasing from website i am spammed with text messages and emails to buy a chair.. like I just bought a chair, leave me alone. Dont force me to give you my personal contact details, then take advantage of that and spam me with advertisements for something that I had already purchased from you? How tf does that marketing make sense.

I received my Sihoo Chair and was really exited to put it together and use it. I was almost done and ready to put on the head rest when I realized it was broken! After easily finding their support email I gave them a little bit of information after explaining the problem and they send me a new head rest free of charge!

Bought the m57 online which was a mistake because the moment i sat in it i realised it wasnt comfortable for my height.

Asked if i could return it and was told i would have to pay the freight costs (which is fair enough), but then they would also deduct 30% of the price as a "restocking fee".. so if i return it i probably lose 50% of my money. Will try to sell it on facebook instead.

I had a great experience with customer service. Chair I received had a manufacture defect (which happens). The part I needed wasn't readily available, instead of making wait, they sent me a brand new chair.

This chair is excellent quality for the price and is very comfortable. It is well made and easy to assemble. When we contacted customer service for support they were very responsive and solved our issue quickly. Highly recommend.

Only delivered one box of two. I have half a chair and no easy way of getting hold of the company. Ordered in the UK and the only contact is an email which they haven't responded on. No automatic reply to tell me they have received the email. So basically no customer service and the delivery service is shocking. What am I supposed to do with half a chair?!

J’ai acheté le modèle Sihoo C300 Pro V2 après avoir vu énormément de pubs et de vidéos qui le présentent comme “LA” chaise ergonomique haut de gamme. Franchement, énorme déception.
On est clairement face à un produit survendu par le marketing. Entre les influenceurs, les pubs sponsorisées et le discours ultra travaillé sur “l’ergonomie”, “la qualité premium” et “le confort longue durée”, je m’attendais à un vrai siège pensé pour le corps et le maintien. Au final, ça ressemble surtout à du matraquage publicitaire.
Le confort est loin d’être exceptionnel, les réglages donnent une impression gadget plutôt qu’un vrai travail ergonomique, et la qualité perçue ne justifie absolument pas le prix. On est très loin de ce qu’on peut attendre d’une vraie chaise ergonomique sérieuse.
Je me suis finalement rétracté après l’achat, parce qu’à ce tarif, vendre autant de promesses pour un résultat aussi moyen, c’est abusé. Beaucoup de marketing, beaucoup de sponsoring… mais derrière, le produit ne suit pas.

In my opinion, I would not recommend the SIHOO chair.

I found it pretty uncomfortable overall. The lumbar support, which is supposed to help support your back, was not as helpful or noticeable as I expected. It also does not seem adjustable unless you are pushing the backrest backward. The way it protrudes made it uncomfortable to sit with my back against the chair because it pushed my posture in a weird way, causing my head to lean backward instead of allowing me to sit upright naturally.

The armrests were also frustrating because they move way too easily, even with the lightest touch.

My experience with the return process has also been disappointing. After I returned the chair, customer service advised that the warehouse was unable to locate the return. As a result, I have not received my refund. From my perspective, the company now has both the chair and my money, and I am still waiting for this to be resolved.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this chair or this company.

The chair is very good, although, it is a bit better for large people. the manufacturing is excellent and Montage easy.
I had contact with support. Service was outstanding

J'étais un peu perplexe au début, car je ne savais pas que la chaise, de par son poids, était livrée en deux colis. En assemblant le premier, je me suis rendu compte qu'il manquait une pièce. J'ai patienté un peu et le second colis est arrivé le lendemain. La chaise était facile à monter. Je ne savais pas comment régler l'inclinaison, mais un simple e-mail au service client m'a permis d'obtenir une réponse le jour même. Ils m'ont également fourni des informations très utiles concernant le contenu du second colis.

La chaise est excellente et confortable, tout fonctionne parfaitement. Je n'ai pas utilisé les accoudoirs pour pouvoir la ranger facilement sous mon bureau. Je recommande ce produit à tous ceux qui recherchent une chaise confortable pour travailler sur leur ordinateur ou pour toute autre activité.

There was head missing of the computer chair but customer service is so helpful they sent another one.
