Great quality badges, they're bigger than the standard badge size but we prefer them because now they're easier for clients to read! I got a dozen made with names and icons next to them and they all... Zobacz więcej

Odpowiedź od Signomatic

Hi Ian,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, though I'm sorry you were disappointed with your order.

I see that you used one of our templates to create your name badge. For future, our engraved plastic name badges are customizable, so the size can be adjusted in our Design Page to best suit your needs.

That said, I understand that the shipping cost for your order was almost half the total. It's an unfortunate reality of us being a Sweden-based manufacturer and I am sorry it soured your experience.

If you have further questions or concerns, please reach out to us via email. Otherwise, I hope you find use for your new name badge.

Sincerely,
Jennifer with Customer Experience

Happy with my purchase

Happy with my purchase. The only thing I didn't realise when purchasing this sign it came from overseas. I was confused as your website is .au.
I was charged OS transaction fees from my bank, which I wasn't happy about because I thought I was purchasing from Australia.

Hello,

We have carefully reviewed your order and emails and can confirm that the sign you received was exactly the size and specification that you placed through our website. When an order does not match what was placed, we always offer to put things right. However, in this case, the product delivered was correct.

We understand that mistakes can happen and we are always willing to help resolve genuine issues, but the language directed at our team during this process was unacceptable. Our staff are here to support our customers, and respectful communication is expected.

Signomatic nailed it! The custom decal turned out better than I imagined, crisp, vibrant, and top quality. Super easy process from design to delivery. Highly recommend if you want pro-level results without the hassle.

High Quality Aluminium Street Signs

I ordered four 200mm x 100mm aluminium street number signs for the houses on our private road. The signs arrived shipped from sweden in about 2 weeks. The materials and workmanship appear high quality and are highly visible. I was able to drill holes and mount them without damaging the paint.

Good product with speedy and satisfactory resolution of a delivery problem.
Despite the fact there was a problem with the delivery of my order, I contacted Signomatic who, once they were advised of the problem, resolved it promptly resulting in a speedy delivery of the order.
