Wilmslow store reached out directly when order was ready for collection. In-house mechanic also fitted new part to bike while collecting order in store.

I used Sigma Wilmslow’s excellent bike repair service after realising my DIY skills were never gonna fix my bottom bracket! From initial enquiry through to drop off, comms during the repair and pick up, the whole experience was excellent. During the repair Sigma identified a few other issues and outlined some essential and optional repairs, their costs (v reasonable) and added these. I didn’t feel pressured by pushy sales people or patronising / intimidating mechanics (as I have done before in other bike shops). Throughout they were friendly, professional and did an excellent job, at a very fair price. Thank you.

Ordered a pair of shoes online to collect in store, received email confirmation they were ready.
Arrived at the Wilmslow store, to be greeted by a young guy who was pleasant and extremely helpful, fitted new cleats to the shoes without being asked, and was happy to chat about cycling whilst I was trying them on .

Visiting your Wilmslow store to collect my order of shoes and speedplay cleats today 11/6/26 the offer of fitting made previously by Paul caused consternation as staff in shop hadn’t done before, but credit to Lizzy who simply got on with it and a short time later she’d finished and talked me through the adjustments that could be made. Had what I wanted in stock at the store. Very friendly staff. I've used Sigma mail order for many years but it's nice that I can now do click and collect from the new store which is a 30 minute ride from home.
