Bike service and repair on one of my Pinarellos at Wilmslow branch. All done perfectly. Very helpful advice from Gabriel. Excellent experience. Many thanks.

Lizzie the sales assistant was super helpful with kitting my wife out with cycling gear. Gave us a break down in price and quality of each item so we could make an informed decision. We purchased several items of clothing and some bib shorts for myself. Lizzie was very friendly and knowledgable about the products. Making a purchase was a pleasure not a chore. Finally a retailer that cares about customer service, we will definitely be returning.

I order on the Thursday/brought etc / for collection rode 38 mile / sorry we where going email you not available / I went on the Monday bearing in mind / ok I said can you then deliver to me / we are now the Tuesday the following week / had to email / then phone yesterday to see where items are .. tbh a bit poor .. what do you guys think … still nothing yet

Great customer service from the Wilmslow Team with Leon checking the bike fit, build, and handover.

Communication was extremely poor, and relied on me chasing manufacturer for updates. Many failed call back requests.

I was looking for a new bike computer and Sigma Sports had the best deal. Ordering was quick and easy and it arrived promptly. Very happy with the experience.

Good friendly service, and a quick turnaround from ordering my SL6 bent mech hanger with the click and collect option so I could double check it was the right one in the shop before buying,

Quite simply the best bike shop I’ve ever used! They always respond to queries promptly, goods are delivered on time and the staff are consummate professionals with good product knowledge.

Went in for a new pair of bibs and Jeff was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the right size and he even asked a colleague for a 2nd opinion.
I was very happy with my shopping experience and would definitely go there again.

The very polite, cheerful and helpful fellow who served me, quickly understood my needs and directed me to the bib shorts that I then purchased. It was very useful to be able to try the shorts on.

Slight delay in getting bike built and ready to collect. However the service when i got to the store in Wilmslow wax very good
I havent been out on the bike yet,(Specialized Tarmac SL 7 Sport 2025) as ive been on hols, but im looking forward to getting out. Managed to get £800 off retail price as well.
