Had a bike fit with Salvatore to determine the correct size and fit for a TT bike I wanted the order: it was clear he was highly knowledgeable and invested throughout in ensuring I obtained the best fit for my requirements. I ordered the bike on the day (with its specification adjusted as per Salvatore's suggestions) and returned two weeks later to pick it up, when Salvatore ensured that the bike was set up in accordance with his measurements.

I've now competed on the purchased bike and, without doubt, the bike fit was worth every penny: the ride is so comfortable and stable that I can now concentrate on pushing my performance instead of enduring the discomfort I'd felt on my previous bike. As such, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sigma Sport's bike fit service.

They quickly identified the issues and got everything fixed to a high standard, leaving the bike running better than it has in a long time.

This is not the first time! I have been a regular sigma customer and lately I found the store staff very unhelpful with a poor attitude- this time was the workshop staff.

I am not sure what is wrong but bough a Garmin HR Monitor, which did not connect at all to my Garmin Unit despite correctly linking. I exchanged it and the new one does not connect either. I have a bitter aftertaste again, not the first time when purchasing items from Sigma. Always a high level of failures and exchanges.
