I could not speak more highly of Sigma Sports and their customer service. After an issue (not their fault) with a product from a major brand purchased at their store, they truly went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

Ben, who handled my case, couldn't have been more helpful and really looked after me. The product in question was not insignificant in cost, but the biggest praise I could give is it felt that Ben would take the same approach whether the item cost £1 or £10,000. He called me several times to help resolve the issue, and did so promptly and in a very polite manner.

Sigma have a customer for life in me and I look forward to shopping with them in the future. For any cycling/fitness fan, their store is well worth a visit even if you don't intend to purchase anything, they have an incredible range of equipment which wouldn't look out of place at Le Tour!! I want to pass on my thanks to all the team and would urge anyone considering a Sigma purchase to do so.

From my initial bike consultation right through to the purchase, the customer service was outstanding. Communication was excellent throughout, and Neal was incredibly helpful every step of the way.

He took the time to answer all of my questions, offered great advice on bike maintenance, and recommended everything I needed to make my rides smoother and minimise the risk of punctures. His knowledge and honest guidance made the whole process stress free and enjoyable.

The bike itself is fantastic and was assembled with great care and attention to detail. I'm extremely happy with both the product and the service I received.

I'll definitely be returning for all of my future cycling gear and maintenance needs. A huge thank you to Neal for making the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Was looking for my first road bike through the 'Cycle to Work' scheme and was recommended Sigma Sports. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. Very knowledgable and patient staff that were great throughout the whole process and were happy to answer any questions I had. Shout out to James for guiding me through the experience!

Had a bike fitting with Sal. Really knowledgeable and explained the impact of each change. Provided me with some exercises to do to at home to improve my performance.

Great service as usual from the team. Thats why I keep going back, Best bike shop full stop. Forgot the young lads name who helped me purchase my Van Reysel shoes. But from start to finnish I felt the support and patience was 1st class, hes a credit to the company.

Was searching for a Open water swim wetsuit. The guys here were brilliant in advice and getting me the right fit.

Louis was exceptionally helpful ordering the wetsuits and triathlon organisers, didn’t have my size in store but they were there overnight and got an email first thing in the morning advising they had arrived!

Great service and communication.

I popped into the shop this past week; looking to buy my first proper road bike, and not really knowing where to start. A lot of the bikes in store on display were unfortunately out of my budget, however, the lovely Marc put me at ease, by showing me some entry level bikes, as well as some preowned options on the website. I will certainly be purchasing from here soon once i’ve saved up a bit! Would highly recommend.

The order completely fulfilled expectations and was delivered promptly. Very reliable firm I use frequently.

I have bought a number of products from Sigma and all have been superb and extremely well priced (often the cheapest around). The staff are very knowledgable and Rhiannon was especially helpful on a recent phone call enquiry as I was having issues finding a turbo trainer that fitted my bike (contradictory information from search engines and websites). Very, very good customer service. Thank you!

Visited the store on Friday but the stock wasn’t in the store. Overnight they received the stock of the specific wetsuit, other products I ordered.
