I am not sure what is wrong but bough a Garmin HR Monitor, which did not connect at all to my Garmin Unit despite correctly linking. I exchanged it and the new one does not connect either. I have a bitter aftertaste again, not the first time when purchasing items from Sigma. Always a high level of failures and exchanges.

The help on the phone and in store was very positive.
The process is however overly complicated ie booking an appt by phone, following up with several emails and then having a slightly different conversation in store regarding the appropriate solution.
The technical expertise of the store staff is exceptional - for a non expert this can appear overwhelming and a little confusing when trying to find the most appropriate solution in terms of quality/value.
Once handed over it would be good to get a reasonable indication of when the job would be completed in order to help plan time more effectively - ie rather than at some uncertain point in the day and subject to a phone call or actually an email.
It would also be good to have a more detailed breakdown on the receipt.
Those points aside the service was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable and the job well done.

I did this transaction for the triathlon bike with Milo. From day 1 Milo was very helpful guiding me thru the process from placing the order, to initial assessment on the bike for fit data and to completion. He kept on updating me on the progress too.
The bike itself was ready as promised. Only thing I could have asked a bit more from the appointment was a little more time to explain the bike handling of the new bike itself.
Milo tried his best but since we were running out of time, it was sped up which according to me could not cover all aspects of the new triathlon bike handling.

The product I wanted was available at a good price. I could place a deposit on line and pick up at the store. That was a better option than waiting at home for a delivery of an expensive bulky item (bike box).
Staff were friendly, interested, knowledgeable and attentive.
Space available for free parking and loading (small car).

I was really impressed by the bike buying experience from Sigma having only bought smaller accessories from them for a couple years.

I made my purchase through the website then was contacted to find a time that worked for me so that I could come in, have the bike properly sized for me on a turbo upstairs and get run through the features and offered tips along the way to get the most out of it.

I recently had a bike fit with Salvo at Sigma Sports, Hampton Wick and the overall experience was excellent. I found the customer service from everyone I came into contact very good. Salvo’s approach was excellent from the outset and I was impressed with how the focus wasn't just on the actual bike it but also my personal biomechanics which highlighted a few issues to resolve. Through the process we made a number of adjustments based on the data as well as my preference and comfort to arrive at the final setting. I highly recommend both Salvo and the Sigma Sport store in Hampton Wick.
