I booked 4 two-day adult tickets online, and the payment was taken immediately. However, I never received the tickets.

We went to bus stop 4 on 13 July and waited for over an hour, but no City Sightseeing bus arrived. As a result, we couldn’t use the service we had already paid for.

I have requested a full refund, as we paid for a service that was never provided. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend City Sightseeing Belfast.

Went on a day tour to Giants causeway - audio problem with speakers on the bus so no commentary from the driver that we could hear at the middle of the bus. Driver was driving too fast on narrow country roads - not pleasant being a passenger. We saw a lot but felt it was done cheaply - dropped off and picked up on a corner at Giants Causeway to avoid bus paying for entry to the car park. I’m sure there are better tours available for the price. I contacted the office and surprisingly I didn’t get any reply. AVOID

Told the employee we didn't want to talk and they crossed a road and pressured us into buying with a discount. Thinking all your buses would be mostly the same, we got tickets. We got told last bus at titanic museum was at 4pm so showed up at 3:30pm just in case and waited until 4:30pm before determining the bus wasn't coming and had to get an Uber home.

Complained via the form on their website and never heard back. Complained via PayPal but unable to get our money back. Avoid avoid avoid. Go with city tours Belfast or city sightseeing Belfast. NOT THIS ONE!

At no point could we hear the commentary due to volume level and speaker quality and on leaving and complaining to the driver he acknowledged the issue and said he was going to fix it at some point. NO USED TO US AT ALL. There are other options for this tour and I suggest you use those.

Buses never stopped/announced designated stops. Meant to be hop on hop off service. Bell on bus didn't work! Ended up having to walk back to where we wanted to disembark.
No bus at Titanic museum for 45 minutes. Passengers left out in cold weather!
State of the seats was appalling!
When we finally managed to get of the bus we daren't get back on for the fear of being hijacked again.
AVOID!
