Hi Alina, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We aim to deliver the product as if you've picked it off the shelf yourself, apart from the tape (which are working on to be more sustainable) all the packaging is recyclable, but we 100% take your feedback onboard and will look to develop be a better solution. We are constantly looking at ways on how to improve our service and your experience. Thank you for shopping with us and we look forward to having you shop with us again.
