I ordered some ankle wellies yesterday afternoon (7th October 2024) they have just arrived 8th October 2024 what amazing Customer Services.

I ordered some parade shoes for my son. They arrived quickly however they were the wrong ones. I contacted Daniel who was extremely helpful and apologetic and arranged for the correct shoes to be delivered the next day.
Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service, like an idiot I ordered the wrong size, they were amazing within 20 mins of them arriving and me letting them know what I had done they had been in touch letting me know how to return at no cost, I ordered a pair in MY size which arrived in 3 days, within 5 days I got an email letting me know my refund was on its way back to my bank WOW what service, and on top of that the shoes are gorgeous and such amazing value for money xx will be ordering more pairs and the right size this time xx

Fast delivery, great prices. Unfortunately my wellies didn't suit me, but easy return process and full refund received the day after they got the items back. I would order here again.

The Wellies were delivered within the delivery time and I was pleased with the product .I have have wide legs and feet and I usually have problems with putting on and removing wellies but the wide fit makes it so much easier.

Shoes ordered, quickly delivered, size OK.

Have emailed and made calls to the number and email on the website asking for a copy of an invoice for our accounts, no response from the email and no one answers the phone. Need to improve customer service

I bought a pair of GBS Lonsdale Slippers from yourselves. It's a product I've had before from a different supplier and I was very impressed you could offer the same product for a much lower price (in fact about £15 cheaper than some of your competitors). So on this basis alone I would give you 5 stars.

However, the 4 star review is because as much as I am impressed, it wasn't a perfect delivery. You used the Royal Mail who sent two emails to say the parcel would arrive between 12:36pm and 2:36pm. That's a great service you are probably paying for and expecting to be just right, but actually the parcel arrived at 12:15pm. It was no trouble for me, but imagine if someone had been out and came back for say 12:30pm, they might have missed their parcel right? I just wanted to make you aware of this.

You may also want to change your email addresses too? Your brand name online appears to be "Shuzes", but the email receipt said "Shoe Store Direct" and you were also described as "VIZ-UK" on some emails from the Royal Mail - I was expecting a load of adult cartoon comics? Ok, not really. But it would be a lot better to have your email names sorted out?

But overall I thought it was fantastic and I think it's worth letting you know the Royal Mail are fobbing you off if you are paying for a timed slot that they are obviously pleasing themselves with. Why risk having some angry customers when you can sort this?

I will return for my shoes in months to come as you were fantastic. Perhaps then I will give you a 5* review!

Good looking and well made shoes. No rain since arriving so can't comment on being waterproof. Quick delivery and well packaged. Would purchase from Shuzes again.

Great Supplier

I bought a pair of safety workboots that I'd researched. They were about a third cheaper than Csrewfix and arrived by delivery after a couple of days. I will buy from them again

The shoes I ordered arrived in a matter of days, as promised.
They are good quality, something I often worry about when I order from an online company I've not used before.
I would definitely use again.
